Their team was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and during the inspection they found mold in the AC system and clearly explained the issue and the required treatment. Dalvinder and his team came for the AC duct cleaning and mold removal, and I was very impressed with their work. Dalvinder was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He explained the process properly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled carefully from start to finish. He and his team were efficient, organized, and very clean in their work. They fixed everything properly, left no mess behind, and made sure the area was clean before leaving. Marc & Bryan did a great work and the experience with Mr Fixer was great from start to finish. I’ve asked them to fix a P-trap system that I had purchased from abroad (UAE standard is to fix a bottle trap even for kitchen sink, which is usually not recommended anymore as the bottle get dirty easily) along with a valve system. This installation required an adapter that many other plumbers in Dubai were not able to source but Mr Fixer’s team was able to find the right fix immediately. I reached out on Saturday morning, got a first appointment Saturday afternoon for assessment and on Tuesday it was all fixed. Marc & Bryan were great as well, very professional details oriented and very careful. Great work. Highly recommended.
