I arranged pickup from my home, they collected the furniture, completed the work, and delivered it back perfectly. The payment was done online, and the whole process was smooth and convenient. When I first bought my sofa, it was super fluffy and comfortable, but over time it lost its shape and became uncomfortable. I contacted them and they refilled it and adjusted it to make it more compact… and now it’s even better than before The work was very fast and efficient. The quality-price ratio felt really fair, especially considering the results. On top of that, the customer service was excellent from the very beginning—very attentive and professional.
