I do not recommend this company especially Pest Control in Ajman. Their customer timing and scheduling are very bad — they never respect the agreed time and always show up late or reschedule at the last minute. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional. If you value your time, look for a company that takes appointments and customer commitments more seriously.

I wish i could give this rubbish company a 0 star but i can’t! This rubbish company is currently managing Bloom Tower C in JVC Dubai. Where do you want me to start? They took over last year from an already former garbage company called Kingfield so we were hoping as tower residents to see a better service. ONLY TO BE WORSE than the previous management company. JUST LOOK AT THE ATTACHED PICTURES AND VIDEOS: PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICS AND VIDEOS 1- Entry barrier NEVER working and constantly creating long queues outside, 2- Elevators are off most of the time and currently ONLY 2 are in service!! imagine 33 floors tower on two elevators only. 3- Garbage everywhere in the parking 4- Water constantly and heavily dripping in parking on our cars, if you just washed your car, good luck! 5- Incompetent staff and security, always unable to help, ETC…. Imagine paying a huge rent only to be surprised with such an extremely poor service. i cant describe how poor the quality of service is in Bloom Tower C PLEASE DO NOT RENT OR BUY IN BLOOM TOWERS!

Very unprofessional experience with Asteco. Our resale transaction is extremely urgent. We completed all payments and submitted every required document, yet we had to continuously chase the team for updates. After multiple follow-ups, Asteco finally sent the NOC — but forgot to sign it. Because of this mistake, the developer rejected the document and our deal is now delayed again. We have been requesting the signed NOC for days with almost no proper response. This level of service creates unnecessary stress for clients and affects important property transactions.

There is no development in our building since they started managing the building 1. Gym without wipes or sanitizers 2. Gym machines are not well maintained 3. Common areas including kids play area – swimming pool – sauna with zero changes or rectifications. 4. Total ignorance of owners complaints. 5. Parking always dusty and dirty with no cleaning or floor changing regardless the numerous requests to change the flooring to epoxy floor instead of outdated asphalt.

Terrible management. They do absolutely nothing to improve their buildings.Stay away from Their buildings Children are running around all day screaming as if they’re being tortured, breaking and throwing objects, and showing complete disrespect when asked to stop. They even come under balconies and scream even louder on purpose.We are being bullied DAILY by children due to lack of education of their families. We have filled a complaint with Dubai municipality few days ago against the management cause they don’t help and this is our home and we should be at peace not in anxiety whether the kids will be tired so we can also rest . There is no consideration whatsoever for residents whether you dealing with serious health issues, have babies, or simply want to rest in your own home. in fact, it seems the management is being controlled by 2-3 villa owners with kids and they completely ignore the rest of the residents . The situation only keeps getting worse. Do not rent in their buildings

Asteco Facilities Management has been one of the worst FM teams I’ve experienced. At JVC – Diamond Views 1, basic issues have been ignored for 5–6 months. The AC in the common areas has been broken for months with no proper fix. The automatic exit gate pole has been damaged and left unrepaired, causing daily inconvenience. On top of that, the swimming pool chiller has been broken for over two months, making the pool unusably cold. These are not minor issues — they affect daily living and safety. The lack of urgency, follow-up, and accountability shows extremely poor facilities management. For a community that pays service charges, this level of negligence is unacceptable.

Communication lacks clarity and transparency, especially regarding policies affecting common areas and shared facilities. When requesting formal documentation or clarification on building rules, responses tend to rely on general statements rather than referencing official bylaws or approved community regulations. In my view, management companies should operate with full transparency, provide clear governance references when implementing restrictions, and ensure consistency across all shared facilities. I hope the association improves its communication standards, accountability, and alignment with registered community regulations for the benefit of all owners and residents.

Sohail Iqbal is an excellent security professional in our building. He is always very friendly, approachable, and helpful to residents and visitors alike. Sohail consistently maintains a positive attitude, is attentive to his duties, and goes out of his way to assist whenever needed. We live in Luma 22 and the area in and around the house is kept extremely clean and tidy. You can see quiet and friendly workers from Symbiosis at work everywhere. They clean, cut bushes, repair, decorate and are always there when you need them. Super friendly and hardworking staff. We only buy apartments where Symbiosis Owner Association Management is active. Correspondence with the managers of the same company is straightforward and they respond quickly at all hours. 24/7. Thank you very much.

Pathetic Service. They don’t even respond back. I called them to take the quotation on Wednesday last week and till now i am only waiting. I called them 3-4 times for the same and every time they are saying it will come in an hour. If initially they are doing this then I can understand how there service would be.

I heard that we should have a contract with maintenance companies to get the emergency services for Plumbing and electrical issues in Dubai. My villa is a little old but there were no such frequent complaints. I recently had a water stoppage issue for my kitchen. The plumber near me came and rectified the complaint. But the water stopped again on the next day. I decided to call Delight, it has taken more time to complete the job compared to the emergency plumber I called last time. Sama Tower is the place I’ve been calling home in Dubai for the past 3 years and just renewed for two more. Really love the building esp due to its location, spacious apartments and top notch gym. Btw, the gym at Sama is better than most club gyms out there. Great equipment and staff – huge shoutout to our highly competent coaches Jeff and Jesus, very special people who we became good friends with. Would love to buy an unit here if any were for sale.

Unfortunately, my experience with Al Saqer Property Management has been extremely disappointing. The office has consistently been unhelpful and unresponsive when tenants raise legitimate concerns. Requests for assistance are often delayed, ignored, or passed between parties without resolution. Rather than working constructively to resolve issues, there appears to be a lack of accountability and willingness to support tenants. Problems affecting day-to-day living are not treated with the urgency or professionalism you would expect from a property management company. Tenants should not feel that their concerns are being sidelined due to internal processes or disagreements. Communication is poor, follow-up is inconsistent, and issues are left unresolved for far too long. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Al Saqer Property Management to prospective tenants. My advise is to check before you are renting who is managing the property. If its not Al Saqer in their own building they will make your life difficult and not help you with issues that can be easily resolved.

Although it was a small job but Mr. KP personally got involved in completing the task. Few products were missing which were required for the cctv and LED connections. Due to ramadan time, market was closed during afternoon. Their team went all the way to different places to find the required products and they work till late night to finish the work. I had a very unpleasant experience working with Emirates Facilities LLC. The company’s staff arrived early in the morning to perform noisy construction work, which disturbed my sleep and disrupted my daily routine. When I requested that the work be rescheduled for a more convenient time, I was met with unresponsive and unprofessional behavior. Overall, I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience.

I recently had an experience working with Emirates Facilities LLC and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. The company’s staff arrived early in the morning to drill bathroom tubs in my building, which was incredibly disruptive to my sleep and daily routine. Despite my request to have the work rescheduled for a more convenient time, I was told that this was not possible and that I could file a complaint with the police or the company if I had an issue. This response was unprofessional and did not leave me feeling valued as a customer. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend Emirates Facilities LLC to others. While I understand that construction work can be disruptive at times, I believe that companies should prioritize their customers’ needs and do everything possible to minimize disruptions and inconvenience. Unfortunately, my experience with Emirates Facilities LLC fell short of these expectations.

For the last 2 years, the IDAMA COMPANY is a complete disaster. For a common area issue affecting my apartment frequently , we need to make multiple calls and to wait several days while it’s a matter of 10 min work or less . For the last 2 years I opened probably more than 50 cases with them because of FRESH AIR SUPLLY AND EXAUST FANS which should work nonstop, but they are regularly turned off for my apartment. The service is extremely bad while the tenants are pays huge amounts of money for the service charge

I must express our serious disappointment regarding the performance and conduct of your team at Indigo Tower, JLT. Our experience throughout this project has been extremely frustrating. The firefighting contractor appointed for the works appears to lack adequate supervision and coordination. Site personnel frequently arrive late, work schedules are inconsistent, and productivity on site has been a recurring concern. These issues have contributed to delays and unnecessary disruption to ongoing fit-out activities. In addition, there have been several instances where the team arrived on site without the necessary equipment to perform their work. On multiple occasions, our staff observed workers using ladders belonging to other fit-out contractors without obtaining prior permission. Such conduct is unacceptable and creates unnecessary conflict between contractors working within the tower. Attn: Team managing Indigo Tower – JLT and Accounts (Saqlain)

The worst experience you can have in Dubai, if you are owner or tenant in a residence, where IDAMA runs building management. My family and I were in a new building in Canalfront 1, where we suffered from false fire alerst 3-5x times per night! IDAMA staff kept telling us this would be «normal» and ignored our complaints for 3 months! We had no choice but to leave and move to another residence. If you are looking for a property in Dubai and you hear it is under IDAMA management, take another property.

One of the worst maintenance company in UAE. They are managing Prime Business Centre in JVC and the supervisor of this building he is unnecessarily harrassing us to fix the issue in our office. Vinoth the supervisor is so rude to talk he really don’t have manners to talk to a lady. I must say they literally don’t know how to provide the services. One of the worst worst service providers. If I have an option to give zero or negative star I must have given.

The worst experience you can have with this company, I never recommend any company to work with them. I continually have a bad experience and I am wondering how Dubai properties still work with them…
