As a property owner, my experience with Symbiosis Owner Association Management has been disappointing. Communication lacks clarity and transparency, especially regarding policies affecting common areas and shared facilities. When requesting formal documentation or clarification on building rules, responses tend to rely on general statements rather than referencing official bylaws or approved community regulations. In my view, management companies should operate with full transparency, provide clear governance references when implementing restrictions, and ensure consistency across all shared facilities. I hope the association improves its communication standards, accountability, and alignment with registered community regulations for the benefit of all owners and residents.

Sohail Iqbal is an excellent security professional in our building. He is always very friendly, approachable, and helpful to residents and visitors alike. Sohail consistently maintains a positive attitude, is attentive to his duties, and goes out of his way to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and kindness truly make a difference, and he is a great asset to our building.

We live in Luma 22 and the area in and around the house is kept extremely clean and tidy. You can see quiet and friendly workers from Symbiosis at work everywhere. They clean, cut bushes, repair, decorate and are always there when you need them. Super friendly and hardworking staff. We only buy apartments where Symbiosis Owner Association Management is active. Correspondence with the managers of the same company is straightforward and they respond quickly at all hours. 24/7. Thank you very much.
