Al Saqer Property Management LLC - Dubai

Sama Tower is the place I’ve been calling home in Dubai for the past 3 years and just renewed for two more. Really love the building esp due to its location, spacious apartments and top notch gym. Btw, the gym at Sama is better than most club gyms out there. Great equipment and staff - huge shoutout to our highly competent coaches Jeff and Jesus, very special people who we became good friends with. Would love to buy an unit here if any were for sale.

Unfortunately, my experience with Al Saqer Property Management has been extremely disappointing. The office has consistently been unhelpful and unresponsive when tenants raise legitimate concerns. Requests for assistance are often delayed, ignored, or passed between parties without resolution. Rather than working constructively to resolve issues, there appears to be a lack of accountability and willingness to support tenants. Problems affecting day-to-day living are not treated with the urgency or professionalism you would expect from a property management company. Tenants should not feel that their concerns are being sidelined due to internal processes or disagreements. Communication is poor, follow-up is inconsistent, and issues are left unresolved for far too long. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Al Saqer Property Management to prospective tenants. My advise is to check before you are renting who is managing the property. If its not Al Saqer in their own building they will make your life difficult and not help you with issues that can be easily resolved.

The Business Avenue building is always well-maintained, clean, and fully serviced. The service is available around the clock, and the security staff are friendly, helpful, and highly professional. Truly a reliable and well-managed property!

We stayed in one of their bldg in SZR for 5 yrs. Would highly recommend dealing with Angel. very professional and accommodating.
