I am so grateful to being able to talk to a representative on the phone after what would be regular business hours for most companies. The consultant was very reassuring and knowledgeable. And based on the pictures I send was able to able to advise that I probably didn’t thag need bugs. Given my paranoia I still scheduled a visit, and was able to get appointment for the next day. The guy came exactly on time and even called me ten minutes beforehand to check in. When they arrived, he reiterated to me the process. The whole experience was excellent from end to end. Highly recommended!!

Worst service - First they take huge amount of money saying there is huge infestation and only 3 months warranty and even they ask money if we ask for second visit when they fail to properly do it in first time itself. They don’t apply gel in first time and ask money in the warranty period for applying gel. Never suggest their service. Please do not fall in to such traps.

The crew at this company offers outstanding cleaning services. They are really diligent and always finish the task to my satisfaction. They are very attentive.
