The products are outstanding and despite a few little setbacks from my own calculation errors or my team wasting a bit too much materials, Joanna was there to support us to the last hour, when 2 last pieces was needed. The cutting team really outdone themselves with my never ending requests to cut my large cement tiles. This was one of my best customer/sale service experience and I can't wait to do another project.
