Team Seltics from Octopus came to do the service of the AC as drain was heavily dripping water and they cleaned and fixed everything at first attempt right at first visit. Perfect JOB WELL DONE… NO first you have to pay inspection fee and NO stupid big drama to make the bill heavy. I’m living in Dubai for 20 years and this was my very first time for someone to arrive and do the job at first call without asking for inspection fee. Im stressing on this specially as Prior calling Octopus, I had called another highly rated company with best Google review rating but they came twice for inspection and then sent a team just to arrive to tell me they can not guarantee they can fix it so I kicked them out furiously and got my money refunded. The bill from other company was 4 times the fee I paid Octopus.

On behalf of my client, I can confidently say that Yalla Renovation delivered an exceptional renovation experience. Our client purchased the office through an auction, and it only had a partial fit-out. After combining it with the adjacent space, a complete renovation and technical upgrade were needed. Yalla Renovation managed everything professionally-from DEWA approvals and compliance updates to civil works, MEP modifications, AC installation, raised flooring, lighting, painting, and glass partitions. Despite a small initial delay, their team quickly took charge and delivered exactly what our client wanted: a modern, functional, and executive-ready office. It’s always great when you can confidently recommend a partner who truly delivers-and Yalla Renovation did just that.

Unfortunately hired for great looking samples but there is no professionalism in communication or execution whatsoever. The beginning was promising but the work handed over is completely sloppy and unfinished. If they had only followed up and communicated better, this would be a 3 star review. It’s key to be able to speak to your clients and also take into consideration the problems that arise on site. There is zero respect for neither head contractor, fellow sub contractors or client!
