I hired Zealcon to install glass safety gates around my swimming pool and on the stairs. Although the glass doors themselves are fine, the lock mechanism used on the stairs was very poor. For the stairs, Zealcon initially installed a literal strip of magnet that was not strong whatsoever and offered no protection for kids from the stairs. When we asked them to change it, this whole process took a while and they even asked us to source the lock we wanted ourselves before finally fixing the issue. The installation of the safety gates around the pool also dragged. They had made a mistake when they installed the pool gates and did not want to initially admit it. The glass doors (stairs and pool) look dirty from the glue used and are difficult to clean up. We have asked them to come and clean up the glue residue on the glass doors they left behind however since we transferred them the full amount they have not answered any of my emails and the contact person I have has not been able to help much. Generally speaking, our experience was not positive as there were many delays and this company has not been attentive to all of our concerns. If I could go back, I would use another company as the price we paid does not match the treatment we received.

Very bad glass quality.. We just bought it today .. It exploded on its own while we were sitting on the balcony. Thanks god that’s no one was around the table when the glass exploded.. and when I contacted them they told me that’s there is no warranty on the glass once you received.. he didn’t even asked if everyone ok after I shared the broken glass photo with him ..
