We recently booked an AC cleaning service and had a really positive experience. The team of two was professional, polite, and clearly took pride in their work. They arrived on time and even called in advance to inform me they were on the way. That level of communication made a great first impression. What stood out the most was how clean and respectful they were inside the home. The two gentlemen removed their shoes, wore plastic shoe covers, and carefully laid plastic sheets in every room and on surfaces where there could be any dirt. They even brought their own broom and vacuum and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. They also showed before-and-after photos, which made it easy to see the difference. The cleaning was very thorough — not just the inside, but even the outside body of the AC units. Despite their «waterproofing,» the villa leaked as soon as it rained. ​They provide a warranty, but they are completely unresponsive. We’ve tried getting in touch multiple times, but they either ignore us or promise to call back and never do. Extremely disappointing service and quality.

So they do waterproofing using a Greek system with a European eta. Material wise it’s the best material in the market, application wise superb also, really happy with it. They also do cool roofs which is a sustainable coating to lower roof temperatures and increase comfort indoors. Pretty good stuff.

Scammers ! We hired this company for the waterproofing of a roof. They charged us around 10000 AED , for only 4 hours of work. A few days later, we did a small test, which failed badly. So we sent them a video and asked them to either come back, or refund, and that’s when they stopped communicating. EDIT : After this review they communicated again, but only to ask us to remove it against a refund… Which we accepted of course, but so far they did not refund, yet they keep asking to remove the review… We feel really scammed at this stage, especially because they said they started the refund process, which obviously was another lie… By the way, I finally went and bought a bucket of Sikalastic 560 GCC , some Mapei fabric (Mapetex Sel), and did the job myself, in just a couple of days, super easy, and cheap, no more leaks.
