After all of the UAE rains, we engaged Thermilate to conduct a survey of our villa and provide their recommendation, for which works we needed due to several leaks. The team were thorough and provided a pragmatic response for the works required. Thermilate’s strategy was to improve what we had as opposed to the easy and expensive option of stripping out the roofing material and starting again. They identified several problem areas and rectified thoroughly. The team were professional and explained clearly step by step what the scope of work would entail.
