Kinfly note that today I got a bad experience with one of your staff called Yousef Abo alez .Besides alkhayma Heritage restaurant . He was behaving very badly and very rude to Me and my visitors from Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, this is very bad repetition for our country and for the tourist attraction area in Dubai which is never ever seen such before . He supposed to be in back office since he has no training enough for what’s the meaning of customer service and culture respecting . He was shouting loudly in public and according to that I am going to raise this complaint for the tourist attraction of the Dubai government to take serious action against this staff otherwise. This is for your information and further action.
Whole staff are scamer... I called them before came to their office and ask if I'm selected there is any fee for visa.. They said no totally free everything After when i reach to their office .they said 3000 deposit Stay alert
They were demanding 3000 dirhams for visa 🤬. I don't want to waste my time with them anymore.🤬🤬🤬
