Black Horse Security

We’ve been working with Black Horse Security at our hospital, and the experience has been excellent. Their team is always professional, alert, and respectful with patients, visitors, and staff. You can immediately feel the difference in how smoothly things run with them around. A special mention to Usama Tanveer, who has been incredibly supportive and hands-on. He follows up regularly, solves issues quickly, and ensures his team maintains a high standard every single day. His leadership really shows in how disciplined and well-coordinated the guards are. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy security company, I genuinely recommend Black Horse Security. They’ve made our hospital feel safer and more organized than ever.

My experience with Black Horse Security Services has honestly been one of the sweetest I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The accommodation is clean, peaceful, and well-managed, and the staff treat you with real kindness and respect. Everything was smooth, organized, and full of positive energy. I truly appreciate how they made me feel comfortable and supported. Thank you for such a wonderful experience."

I would like to share my appreciation for Usama, the security officer in the main lobby at Al Zahra Hospital. Every time I enter the hospital, he welcomes me with a warm smile and a very respectful attitude. He is always calm, friendly, and ready to help anyone who needs support. Ousama does his job with great care. Even while keeping the lobby safe and organized, he still takes the time to guide visitors kindly and make sure they know where to go. If someone looks confused or stressed, he speaks to them in a gentle and clear way, which makes people feel more relaxed and comfortable. What really stands out about Ousama is his positive attitude and the respect he shows to everyone. He answers questions patiently, gives directions clearly, and never hesitates to help, even when the lobby is busy. His presence makes the entrance of the hospital feel welcoming and secure at the same time. People like Ousama make a big difference in the daily experience of patients and visitors. His good manners, friendly personality, and professional behavior truly deserve recognition. Thank you, Ousama, for your hard work and for always giving your best as a security officer. Your dedication is appreciated, and you play an important role in the hospital team.
