Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA)

I started my CCTV operator training 20 April 2026 in SIRA( security industry regulatory agency) office in the Dubai. And ended 22 April 2026.it was started with with our best teachers Mr. Sandy sunderson (James ) from UK. He teached us very easy and best way with examples of football players. I knew that he is football lover even i also love to see football. And other hand He is very punctual teacher. It was my first online class also. Thank you so much dear sandy sir. And same way we got good opportunity to learned practical classes and law class from 3 teachers.it was best part of training. Thank you so much. Every day classes began with breakfast and ended with delicious lunch with different items. It was best training so that i got call with successful result.. Thank you so much

Best service ever hands down, Naemah Alali was super helpful and attentive, she went the extra mile and beyond so make sure our questions and comments were answered and addressed on the spot. Mian Zeeshan Panhyar was also super helpful and made sure we understood exactly what was required from us. Honestly I have never seen such dedicated and friendly employees. While each of us is a hero of our Team, I’d like to also commend Mr. Mohammed Mousa Al Maazmi, the SIRA Manager, who is somehow the man of the hour of the SIRA Team for his continued dedication to be of constant support to resolve the unprecedented issues or situations that we are in with regards to conforming with all SIRA policies and procedures. I’m happy to mention the turnaround time like resolving SIRA Portal issues, SIRA License fast approval and delivery the next day are just but a few things worth mentioning. Mr. Maazmi is a positive person, very approachable and has a knack to resolve the issues as much as he possibly can, and that’s what matter most to us – it’s not a small thing, it’s a big thing for sure 😊 We trust on SIRA continued support, guidance, evolution for the betterment of services to all us dealing with them.
