I purchased a premium wash package, and because my car had been kept in the garage for almost three weeks, it developed several scratches and sand marks. I was very upset when I saw the condition of the car, especially as it seemed the garage had wiped it dry. Sekar noticed how disappointed I was and took the time to explain what had happened and what could be done to remove the scratches. There were quite a lot of marks, so he recommended the advanced machine polish. I decided to go ahead with his suggestion, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Very good service in all, cars were great, we hired 3 different cars and all went well. The delivery and pick up service was great. There was a problem with one of the cars but the service quickly intervened and we had to take back the car but they immediately provided us with another car, a newer model, they reset the kilometres and hours of the 24hour hire, we started from scratch when we got the new car. All was done through WhatsApp with no deposit and no all went well, the response of the crew is very quick. I recommend this company

I am very happy with the rental car experience with masterkey. I managed to experience driving a supercar. The support is very responsive. They had the best price for the car I wanted. They delivered and picked up the car to my hotel. Didn’t required a deposit. Very heppy with the experience. Ps: One problem I had is that they made my reservation for a day earlier, but this was fixed.

Very unprofessional staff. We had booked a Ferrari and a BMW about 2 months ahead, only to find out a day before that they hadn’t placed our booking in their system, even though they said it was confirmed at the time of the booking (I had to message them myself a day prior to our booking to confirm that our vehicles are ready, because I hadn’t received anything from them that day and that’s when I found out that they didn’t even place our booking). They sent us a list of alternative vehicles that day from which we picked a Mercedes and a Lamborghini. The same thing happened with the Mercedes – they didn’t place the booking in their system and acted as if we didn’t book the vehicle at all. The only reason why I’m leaving two stars is because they delivered the Lamborghini on time and they don’t ask for deposits, so that’s very fair from their side. The car was exceptional and the drive was worth every penny. The prices are also very fair. We drove to Jebel Jais with the Lamborghini, which they said it’s allowed prior to our booking, but the car was shut down remotely when we reached the mountain and I received a message saying that we are not allowed to be in that location. Luckily we had mobile network there and resolved the issue with their maintenace team swiftly. To sum it up – very nice cars with great prices, but VERY unprofessional staff.

I had an excellent experience with Ramy Automotive, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received. A big thank you to my sales advisor Zee who handled everything in a very professional and smooth way. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. I had quite a bit of work done on my car including installation of Fox suspension 3.0 stage five with Camburg upper control arms, AOR’s electronic side steps, Zero Breeze portable AC, Coolman portable freezer, and a WARN Zeon 12 Platinum S winch. On top of that, they handled a full electrical setup for my Rigid lights including two pairs of DLSS Pro and several other lights, all done perfectly. I also installed a twin setup of the ARB twin piston air compressor. What really stood out to me was the workshop itself. The team is extremely professional, the place is clean, and they took great care of my car throughout the entire process. Not a single scratch, and they used proper protective equipment to make sure everything stayed in perfect condition. Overall, the quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism from Zee and the whole team made this a top tier experience. Highly recommended.

Amazing service offered at Ramy Automotive. I got a borla S type installed on my GMC Sierra Denali 6.2 and the service was top notch. Bassam offered me the best rates for the product and also fixing it. The workshop guys were very detail oriented as they did a very good job. Cant rememebr the guys names but one of them was Yasir Arafath. Shoutout to the workshop supervisor guy who kepts testing and doing a very detailed quality check to ensure it being fitted properly. Unfortuately, I am not happy with the borla s type i got installed as it seems too loud and can feel the drone at lower rpm’s and that wasnt what i was expecting. I dont think I can do much now as its already installed. I should have checked a live demo of some other car before getting it installed.

Edit: updating my review to 3 stars. I was sent home with a different system that somehow disabled my rear view camera, and reassurance that my car was fine and an engine oil problem is the only concern. Fortunately whatever it was fixed itself and I didn’t have to drive back to them, however I have just been sent a 20k AED estimate today (Monday the 22nd) after being told my car was just fine. They are friendly however I have mixed feelings about the experience. RAMY’s automotive services are impressive. Their estimates on cost and timing are impeccably reliable, and they were kind enough to let me work remotely in their showroom whilst my car was being serviced. They gained a return customer thanks to Linil Jose.

I recently purchased a set of Fox Elite DSCA series 2.5 and fron Fox hydraulic bump stops for my wife’s Jeep JL from Ramy Auto and it couldn’t have been easier. They are an excellent upgrade from my previous shocks and if you ever visit the Ramy showroom you can tell they are favored by Ramy as well. Professional staff to coordinate with over the phone and in person.

I rented a G-Class from Renty AE and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The vehicle I received had a malfunctioning proximity sensor system that was producing constant false alerts while driving. This created stress and distraction and affected what was supposed to be a special day with my family. I reported the issue immediately and the company did replace the vehicle, which I appreciate, but the time lost and inconvenience were significant considering the premium rental price. Communication during the issue was not smooth, and resolving the situation took hours out of the rental period. I expected better vehicle checks and customer support given the cost of the service. I hope the company improves vehicle inspection procedures and customer handling so future renters do not face similar issues. Because of this experience, I personally would not recommend Renty AE to others. The level of customer service did not match the premium image or pricing. Instead of feeling supported when a vehicle issue occurred, the process felt difficult and frustrating, which made the situation worse. Luxury rentals should come with reliability, smooth support, and accountability when problems arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

For a vehicle rented at luxury prices, this is simply unacceptable. You cannot charge premium rates and deliver a car with second-hand level damage. 🔴 Deposit policy – misleading and dishonest I was clearly informed that the security deposit would be refunded within 21 working days. This is NOT true. The deposit is not refunded automatically. Unless you personally contact them and ask for your money back, nothing happens. This is misleading, unprofessional, and creates unnecessary stress for the customer. 🔴 Lack of professionalism and transparency A true luxury rental service should provide: • vehicles in impeccable condition • honest and transparent communication • automatic deposit refunds, without customers having to chase their own money None of these standards were met. ⸻ ❗ Final Verdict 👉 I do NOT recommend this rent-a-car company if you: • expect a genuine luxury experience • care about vehicle condition • want fair and transparent financial practices Luxury means quality, honesty, and respect for the customer — all of which were missing here.

My friends and I needed a supercar for the day and found this place on Google Maps. We called them and got a quote for a Corvetter Z06. They gave us a nice discount on the call and we pulled up 15 minutes later to pick up the car. We had an excellent experience with this company (but a special mention to Omar). Everything was pretty smooth and quick from start to finish. They delivered the car directly to the airport for us, which was incredibly comfortable, and at the end of our trip they came to collect it from our hotel. We had a RS3 in perfect condition, very comfortable and clean. As I mentioned before, Omar was incredibly friendly, professional, and spoke good english, which made communication very easy. He also gave us very useful advice and explained some important local rules and procedures, which we really appreciated and if we had any questions we would ask him via WhatsApp and would answer pretty quickly. I too the one day rental. It was really nice enjoyed it alot actually it was 137 plus 10 for unlocking. The only thing is you get only 150km limit then they charge you 2 Aed per extra km. That’s where they get you, anyway you they gotta make some money somehow. Best way to use this is the 1/2 hour rentals those make sense,.if you gonna the longer rentals make sure to know where you going and add the km as your booking cause they do give you the chance

Very bad condition vehicle with full of ashes and smell .Also they say fuel is free but the tag will not work and they will not refund the amount and say it put in your wallet and within 1 year we have to use it . if we dont use it they will keep it and will not give our money back . very bad service. and charges are very high when we finalize the bill .

Excellent experience via using uDrive service as a tourist to Dubai. It allowed us to pick easily a car, enjoy the desert and put it back close to the Airport to minimize our last Careem fee. Previously, I booked a car for 2 hours and extra charges were deducted from my account. After I raised the issue, your team returned 44 AED to my Udrive account as credits. Since the deducted amount is usually refunded as Udrive credits, I had to book another car in order to use those credits. Today, I was in Dubai and had to remain here due to the current situation. However, when I contacted your team, I was informed that the car must be returned within the same emirate. If not I will be charged additional up to 400 AED to pick up the car from different emirate. When I reported the issue regarding the car’s condition, your team advised me to go to any service center and clean the car myself, and that the amount would be refunded later. My concern is: if I have to visit a service center and clean the car during my booking time, how will I be able to complete my work? The time spent at the service center will be counted within my booking period, which directly affects my schedule and causes inconvenience. Furthermore, due to these repeated issues, I have decided not to use this car service again. I have deleted the application from my mobile and closed my account. In my opinion, this service quality is very poor and places unnecessary responsibilities on customers. Additionally, deducting money from a customer’s bank account and refunding it as Udrive credits instead of returning it directly to the bank account feels unfair. The refunded amount should be credited back to the original payment method, not held as app credits. This practice gives the impression that customers are being forced to book again in order to use their own money.

Inaccurate Car Locations, Account Blocking, and Severe Inconvenience Dear Udrive Customer Support, I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience with your service. I went all the way from Blaban Al Barsha to the Mall of the Emirates (MOE) just to book the nearest available car, a BYD Qin Plate # R 41782 Imagine the effort and willingness it takes to go that far, expecting that the car would be exactly where it was pinned in your app. I reserved the vehicle twice, totaling 45 minutes, and spent that entire time searching for it across B1 and other MOE parking areas. I was with my sisters and my 6-year-old niece late at night, expecting a smooth and reliable process. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was exactly on the pinned location shown in your app for both bookings, yet the car was not there at all. The location was completely inaccurate. We even asked security to trace the plate number within MOE, but there was no record of it. During this time, my reservation expired and my account got blocked, which added even more stress to an already exhausting situation. I contacted your hotline, and although the agent offered a taxi reimbursement (up to AED 35), I hesitated because I had already lost confidence in the accuracy of your system. I then tried to book another vehicle (plate number 94738) pinned near Gaelan Pharmacy in B1 — only to experience the exact same issue again. I was exactly at the pin location, yet the car was still not there. When I called again, I was finally sent the actual location, which turned out to be around 15 minutes away from where it was pinned. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. I spent almost two hours walking and roaming around late at night, covering nearly 10 kilometers, with a child — only to end up without a car. This is a complete waste of time and energy. I regret giving your service another chance, only for the same issue to happen again. To make matters worse, I ended up spending my own money on a taxi just to go home, without successfully booking any car at all. This experience was not just inconvenient — it was unacceptable. I urgently request that you: * Investigate and fix the inaccurate vehicle location system * Review and address the account blocking during active reservations * Provide compensation for the time, effort, and expense I went through At the very least, I expect a voucher, ride credit, or some form of compensation, especially since I still plan to book again later today for an important medical check-up and genuinely need a reliable vehicle. For your reference, I have attached photos as proof of my attempts to locate the vehicles and the discrepancies in their pinned locations. I hope you take this complaint seriously and respond with a proper resolution.
