Special thanks to Ms. Cynthia for the invitation and for her professionalism throughout the evening. We were very well taken care of by Mr. Paul, who was extremely accommodating and ensured we had a great experience.||We thoroughly enjoyed the lively atmosphere, great music, and delicious food. The hospitality and service were truly exceptional.||We also had the opportunity to visit the hotel lobby, where we were warmly welcomed by Mon, Rogie, and Michael. Their friendly smiles and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.||A big salute to the amazing team at Swissôtel Al Murooj for their outstanding service and dedication. Excellent stay. The location is hard to beat, with easy access to the main attractions and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel offers outstanding value for money considering the quality of the rooms, facilities, and overall experience. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and well managed. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.

The location is excellent—close to everything you need, making it very convenient for us. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. We had a wonderful 3 nights at this hotel. The staff were amazing and friendly and helpful. Especially ‘Sunday’ one of the reception gentlemen. Everything was exceptionally clean and our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that water was left in the room complimentary. We only had breakfast which provided us with a vast array of choice and was very tasty setting us up for the day. Perfect location and would definitely stay again if stopping off through Dubai and would certainly recommend it to others.

I recently visited Mekong restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, with great flavors and presentation, and the atmosphere was both welcoming and comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Our waiter, Soe Nay Arnish, was exceptionally attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the entire visit. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure we felt well taken care of. We had a very pleasant stay . A special thanks to Aryan at the front desk for being extremely helpful and assisting us with everything we needed. Kudos to the entire Anantara team from the luggage and parking team, buggy staff, housekeeping, to the front desk staff for making our stay so comfortable. The only little disappointment was that while initially making the reservation, I had mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday and had requested a small decoration and cake arrangement. Unfortunately, that was not included during our stay, which was a bit surprising, especially since Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort had accommodated a similar request before. The resort is absolutely beautiful, very peaceful, and kids-friendly. I would highly recommend the lagoon access room the night view is stunning and the peaceful atmosphere feels like pure bliss. We had a reservation at Mekong, but unfortunately couldn’t make it because our baby was cranky. Even though they usually don’t take room service orders, the restaurant was kind enough to accommodate our request, which we truly appreciated. The food at Mekong is absolutely exceptional 😋👌 and definitely worth trying! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, relax, and take a break from stress and anxiety, this place is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Rove Dubai Marina. At first, we weren’t completely satisfied with our room, but the staff handled it very professionally. They really listened to us, thought along with us, and provided excellent service to make sure we were happy. For a 3-star hotel, the facilities are truly impressive. The hotel offers so much, including a gym, swimming pool, minimarket, restaurant, and many other convenient amenities that make the stay very comfortable. We would also like to give a special mention to lifeguard Johns. He is friendly and attentive. He takes his job seriously and makes sure guests feel welcome and safe. The hotel itself has a great location in Dubai Marina and is also very clean and well maintained. We had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

All must be like Zulfi and Marie, they’re so accommodating, friendly and smiles everytime they talked. We went to other Rove hotel but staff here in The Daily are more welcoming and very light. Food are amazing and so is the ambience. Rooms are good except for the view, I expected more city lights but we’re assigned facing road.

the bbq night was superb! food is very delicious. you must try their brisket and banana bread! while the pool bar was lively. i liked the karaoke and music played that night. their staff, like beatrix was so hospitable and smiling all the time. she is very nice. 10/10 experience.

The customer service at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. When I arrived for check-in, I approached the receptionist and asked her to look into my booking. Instead of assisting me immediately, she asked me to wait while attending to other tasks. I was the only guest at the check-in area, and there were two reception staff present. One of the staff members answered a phone call and spent several minutes on it, even though another receptionist was available. After the call, she continued with other tasks while I was still waiting. I was carrying several bags and personal belongings, yet there was no acknowledgment, apology, or effort to assist me promptly. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I observed other guests being greeted and assisted in a much warmer and more attentive manner. While I cannot know the reason for the difference in treatment, it left me feeling overlooked and uncomfortable. As a paying guest, I expected to be treated with the same level of courtesy, respect, and professionalism as everyone else. Although I proceeded with my stay, the check-in experience created a very poor first impression of the hotel. The lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and customer care at the reception desk significantly affected my overall experience. I hope management will review this matter and provide additional customer service training to ensure that all guests are treated with equal respect and attention.

The location of Kempinski Boulevard Dubai is excellent—right in the heart of Downtown and very convenient for getting around. The staff are truly wonderful: friendly, professional, and consistently attentive. Service throughout the hotel was great, and cleanliness was also very well maintained.That said, the rooms feel quite dated and are in need of renovation. While they are clean, the furnishings and overall condition do not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel, especially given the price point. For what is being charged, the rooms should be more modern and better maintained.Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with fantastic staff and location, but room upgrades would significantly improve the experience and better justify the 5-star rating.

I celebrated my birthday at the Kempinski Boulevard Hotel and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. The team really went above and beyond to make my stay feel special. A big thank you to Salin & Ari for their amazing hospitality. They made everything feel so personal and memorable. It was even more special because my friend joined me to celebrate her graduation, and the Salin & Ari took such great care of both of us. They were so accommodating to all our needs, and everything from start to finish was just perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to celebrate something special.

The stay was beyond disappointing. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, with the explanation that it was for environmental sustainability. Housekeeping service was extremely slow and seemed to depend on the individual housekeeper’s mood. The pool was closed without any prior notice to guests, and even the overall scent and atmosphere of the property had changed for the worse. To make matters worse, upon check-out, no one even asked how my stay had been or whether everything met my expectations. Unfortunately, I have been a loyal guest of this hotel since 2017, back when it was The Address, and I continued staying here after it became Kempinski. Sadly, I have consistently felt looked down upon simply because I book through travel agencies instead of booking directly with the hotel. God willing, this will be my last visit. My sincere thanks go only to Mr. Hassan for his warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. If there were a rating lower than zero, I would have given it.

I had an incredible experience at Le Boulevard in Dubai, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server Khaloua in the club Lounge. She was absolutely exceptional—so warm, radiant, and kind. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely caring, and she made us feel like we were at home. Excellent family-friendly hotel! We booked two interconnecting rooms with a half-board package and had a fantastic stay. The food was very good, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The pool is open until 10 PM, and the arcade and ping pong area kept everyone entertained. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. It truly felt like a relaxing staycation. Highly recommended for families!

You guys really a genuine asset of Rove. ||This is our second time here. First with my family and this time with my friends whom I considered as a family as well. Was the perfect stay, will definitely be back again. The rooms are really small but otherwise its actually great value for money 🥰My mum and little one really enjoyed the pool. They had a splash area for the kids which was nice. The kids section was also nice but could be abit more child friendly and more activities for the younger kids. Overall everything was good.

The lobby is spacious. Recptionists Donna is very professional and onowledgrable. She Explained the location of cafe and swimming pool. She was very professional saying Sorry for an interruption from another customer and said shell attend with me and the next customers before other concerns. Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is generous with the number of towels provided. Though we asked for extra blanket but wasnt delivered. Safeguards. They are very strict reminding us not to bring any glasswares within pool areas, and really onlook out to everyone in the pool. Restaurant staff, they are very friendly and very approachable. Some staff I saw from reception and then the following morning he is serving in bfast as well, he is very flexible. Nice job Marky. Hotel is very clean and neatly organzied.

We had a great experience at the bfast buffet in Rove Hotels. Thanks to all staff and service crew also @ Derek for serving our great waffle and pancake… The food was really delicious and fresh, and the menu had a good variety to choose from. Dear Management Team, I am writing to express our deep disappointment regarding our stay, which began today, May 27th. Based on the direct recommendation of your reservation team, we opted for the full board package. During our booking conversation, we were explicitly assured that two restaurants would be available for our meals. However, upon arrival, we discovered that one of these restaurants is closed. This completely contradicts what we were promised and leaves us with highly limited options. To make matters worse, the dinner buffet tonight was incredibly disappointing. There was a severe lack of variety, failing to offer appealing choices for adults. Furthermore, despite this being a family stay, there was no kid-friendly menu available. We chose the full board package for convenience, but the reality has not matched the expectations set by your staff. We expect the service and variety we paid for, and we would like to know how you intend to rectify this situation for the remainder of our stay. I look forward to your prompt response.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai**I stayed at the **Hyatt Regency Dubai** in a King Room from **June 17–18, 2026**, and had a wonderful experience.The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.The location is convenient, providing easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and transportation. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and luxurious.I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt hotel. The overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. The dining area was good, with a nice selection of food, though it tended to be a bit crowded during peak hours. Despite that, the quality of service remained satisfactory. Amazing stay at Hyatt Regency! This was our second time visiting for a staycation, and it did not disappoint. The room was clean as always, and we were allocated a room on a higher floor with a beautiful creek and city view—absolutely worth it. Pranay, who handled my booking, was very helpful and accommodating throughout the reservation process. A big thank you to Ram, the bellman, who was friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out. Saranapala was very helpful in assisting us with the TV, and Mohamed from laundry went above and beyond—despite giving my laundry quite late at night, he made sure everything was ready before we checked out. Since we had club lounge access at The Kitchen (restaurant), we enjoyed the experience even more—everyone there was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Special mention to the F&B team—Amit, Ramji, Nawaz (the chef who prepared the eggs), Shudham, and Shashank—for their excellent service. The spa team were also friendly, greeted us warmly, and were very helpful throughout our visit. The reception team during check-in and check-out were also very friendly and efficient. Overall, a wonderful experience with great service from all staff. Definitely will return!

We checked in at 5:15 pm and went for dinner at 6:30 pm. We had purchased a full‑board package at the hotel. However, the restaurant host came to our table shouting that he had checked and, since we were not club members, we would be charged 110 AED for the buffet. I said nothing so he could verify the facts. When he realised it was indeed a full‑board arrangement, he returned with the menu. The food on the buffet was below standard – soup was served cold, and when we pointed it out, the staff said, «Oops, we forgot to switch on the hot plate.» My 7‑year‑old daughter picked up a piece of watermelon and was told directly (not to me or my wife) not to taste anything from the buffet because it was «for club members only.» That communication should have been with the adults, not a child. The dessert on the buffet was off / spoilt. When we informed them, they removed it from display, then came back to say, «As per the chef, it is not spoilt – yoghurt tastes like that.» This is very unlike Hyatt service and hospitality. We had paid for two nights, full board, but left the hotel within three hours of checking in. The only positive: the reception staff were great and very hospitable. I expect far better from Hyatt. Save yourself the the disappointment.

It was nice to have a curated wellness experience. The hotel was a bit too busy to enjoy the pool peacefully which made it more of an indoor experience mostly, but i really relaxed myself. I would do it again if other sort of curated experiences were designed

I recently enjoyed a 24-hour wellness retreat and it was truly one of the most refreshing experiences I’ve had in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. I stayed in a beautiful Super Deluxe Suite overlooking the sea. A special thank you to my wellness consultant, Chona , who guided me throughout the entire journey with professionalism and genuine care. One of the highlights for me was the wellness program itself, including aromatherapy, sound healing, mindfulness activities, and an amazing yoga session with instructor Kranti. Her calming energy and guidance made the session both enjoyable and restorative. I also loved the floral bath ritual, which was such a beautiful self-care experience . The food deserves a special mention as well. Every meal was healthy, nourishing, and full of flavor, proving that wellness cuisine can be both nutritious and rich in taste. Between treatments, I enjoyed the resort facilities, relaxed in the jacuzzi, and spent time by the sea soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. I recently stayed at The Retreat Palm Dubai for 2 nights, booking 3 rooms for my family. Unfortunately, the experience was far below what I would expect from a hotel that advertises itself as a 5-star property.||||The problems started at check-in. Upon arrival, our IDs were taken and we were simply told to wait. No one offered us a place to sit, water, juice, or any form of hospitality while we waited. After approximately 30 minutes, we were finally called to complete the check-in process and were told that our rooms would be ready within 15 minutes. However, after waiting another 20 minutes, only one room was available. The remaining two rooms took an additional 15 minutes to become ready. Even after all that waiting, the room configuration we had requested was not fully accommodated.||||The facilities were also underwhelming. The pool is relatively small considering the number of guests the hotel accommodates, and finding available seating near the pool was extremely difficult throughout our stay.||||The dining experience was probably the most disappointing aspect of the entire visit. On our first evening, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. We were told to wait a few minutes while a table for six was prepared. During that time, multiple other families were seated before us, and we ended up waiting around 15 minutes before being given a table.||||For a bill exceeding AED 700 for six people, the experience was simply unacceptable. The restaurant advertises international cuisine, yet the selection was limited and most dishes lacked flavor. The food was generally bland, and even basic beverages were not included. Service was equally poor, with simple requests such as cutlery or tissues taking more than 10 minutes to arrive.||||Breakfast was acceptable but nothing exceptional, certainly not at the level expected from a premium 5-star resort.||||The rooms themselves were average. There was nothing particularly impressive about them. The television system was slow and frustrating to use, and the balconies were extremely small, offering barely enough space to stand comfortably.||||What made the experience even more disappointing was the checkout process. Considering the significant delays we experienced during check-in, one would expect some flexibility regarding late checkout. However, this was immediately declined because the hotel was supposedly fully booked.||||During our stay, we raised our concerns with the customer service manager. Unfortunately, no meaningful solution or compensation was offered. The explanation repeatedly given was that the hotel was experiencing high demand. While an apology is appreciated, «sorry» does not compensate for spending over AED 7,000 on what is marketed as a luxury 5-star experience.||||What I found most concerning was that many of the service shortcomings were attributed to the hotel being in high demand and fully booked. However, high occupancy should not be an excuse for poor service at a 5-star property. Managing peak demand is part of operating a luxury hotel.||||What is most surprising is that this hotel carries the Sofitel name. Guests paying these rates naturally compare their experience to other luxury properties in Dubai. Hotels such as Taj Exotica and Sofitel properties consistently demonstrate what true 5-star hospitality looks like: prompt check-in, attentive service, complimentary refreshments upon arrival, and a genuine focus on guest comfort. The difference in service quality is night and day.||||Overall, this felt much closer to a 3-star experience than a 5-star one. Between the poor service, long waits, underwhelming dining experience, overcrowded facilities, and lack of customer care, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are far better options on Palm Jumeirah offering significantly better value for money.

Akhil kept our brunch running smoothly with warm, attentive service and a genuinely friendly attitude. He checked in at the right moments, kept everything moving without ever feeling rushed and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. A solid example of great service and thoughtful hospitality. Another great addition to brunch is the live entertainment. Amine brings an easy charm to the room and his country‑music sets add a warm, laid‑back vibe that fits the afternoon perfectly. He’s the kind of performer you can relax into and has a style that makes the whole place feel brighter.

The restaurant was phenomenal. The food tasty and the ambience comforting. However, what really stood out was the service. Our waiters Asim and Adonnia were incredibly warm and always on hand to ensure we enjoyed our time. My boyfriend and I are quite ambitious in our endeavours when it comes to brunches. We love to explore new places, but this is the kind of place where it’s worth going against our foodie philosophy; looking forward to seconds already.

The staff took great care of my comfort and responded quickly to any needs, which made the entire stay very pleasant and welcoming. It isn’t the most luxurious hotel, but it is comfortable and offers a pleasant stay. Although it is located in a rather average area, it is still close to the city centre, which makes it convenient.

Great atmosphere for iftar buffet. Friendly staff and extremely courteous, arranged a birthday surprise for my daughter’s birthday. Live oriental music and positive vipes. Lovely kids area for little ones. So you can eat while your little ones also enjoying their times.
