I had been looking for a carpenter for a while until I found Samira Mohd Carpentry. I wanted a customised wardrobe and had been told to expect an unusually high cost in Dubai, so I was quite hesitant at first. From start to finish, the service was absolutely excellent! I dealt with Hasan throughout, and the whole experience was smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free. Hasan came for an initial visit where we discussed my exact needs for the wardrobe. We selected the wood and color together, and a few days later, the work began. Hasan was extremely respectful, easy to communicate with, and understood exactly what I needed, delivering high-quality work with great attention to detail. This was especially impressive given the additional requirement of incorporating a large opening for the AC unit in the left-hand corner of the wardrobe. Everything was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. The workers were extremely diligent and worked so calmly (I had almost forgotten they were even in the house for a while!). I’m extremely pleased with the result, and I already know I’ll be doing the rest of the house work with them. There were a few issues with the paint finishing and the handles, which they swiftly and perfectly remedied, and my cabinet is amazing. I have had a second set of shelving made and I was also very happy.

We installed both our internal and external doors with this company, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. Within less than two months, the doors began showing significant defects. While the team visited twice for touch-ups, the underlying issues were not resolved. Rather we were advised to keep the AC running 24 hours a day to prevent the door surface from peeling, which clearly points to a quality issue rather than normal usage conditions (who has an AC in the exterior or in the bathrooms!) Additionally, the installation and follow-up visits left considerable mess that was not properly cleaned. The doors also release green particles that stain the flooring, creating further damage and inconvenience. Communication has also been very poor, with the company being largely unresponsive when trying to address these ongoing issues. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I had a meeting with toprock for discussion of a turnkey fitout solution for a coffeshop/cafe project. We agreed that they would send us a approximate quotation (app span of price for the project, nothing specific). I was told that i would receive the quotation after 1 week. 1 week passed and nothing happened. I called them and they told me that they would send the quote. A couple of days after I received a quote for a 3d visual project presentation. I had already given them this myself. When I reminded them that they were suppose to give me a rough estimate of the prject cost, they again asked me to wait a week. I waited and nothing happened. I contacted the again asking for the quote and they just replied with a ¨we cant take this project right now.. WHY WASTE PEOPLES TIME IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU CANT DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISE. Total amateurs and unprofessional behavior.
