Among all services under dubai government rta is least technically updated, recharged monthly pass in my combo nol card, when they introduced new buses, all old bus nol database is altered,deleted all combo card nol details Now customers with these card have to give extra money apart from already paid 350 aed No solution when contacted customer care number When applied for refund they refund only half money Really disappointed 😞

Such an excellent service, I renew the license and got the printouts Within 3mins, This is the one country that has proven the developments always,love you UAE.

This service center needs to be satisfying customers..customer care very poor and attending counters and interactions with customers are not on Happy mode.. 100% needs attitude chnage and prioritize customer happiness! Thankx to heraing us!

I renewed my vehicle registration and printed my card on a Saturday afternoon. The kiosk is available 24 hours even if the office building is closed. The kiosk has options for cash and card (physical / tap) payments. The entire process was over in a few minutes. So convenient! The only thing about going on a weekend is there is no parking at the building - you can park at the nearby gas station and walk it.
