Outstanding Hospitality and Service by Ms Jamaica, supported very well by Mr Faraaz & Ms Nabina during the breakfast / dinner service. The Lounge was not operational but the team of Ms Severa / Hnin / Ansiva /Sky / Himanshu tried their best to make up by providing excellent support at Somerset’s Bar. Housekeeping by Ms Hanifah was timely and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant stay facilitated by a strong team.

Fantastic 8 nights with family — staff made it memorable Just checked out after 8 nights at Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai with my family and we loved it. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but I want to specifically thank Eiei and Marsha at reception. They were incredibly warm, professional, and took care of all our requests. They really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for families.

The location is excellent, just right beside Dubai Internet City Metro Station, and the 2-bedroom suite was huge. Great value for money and ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The room was clean overall, though the lampshade fabric could use some cleaning or replacement. Check-in was smooth, but check-out took a while, and another guest who arrived after us was assisted first. Breakfast was the only letdown, as the selection was quite limited. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily come back again.

We had a generally great stay here. For the price, this hotel is highly affordable for a small family. The room was spacious and well-designed, and the sofa bed was absolutely perfect for the kids. We also loved the beautiful sunrise views from our balcony. A special mention goes to the concierge and housekeeping teams, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.|The only real downside is the elevator system. For such a tall building, having only three running lifts per block is simply not enough. We spent a lot of time waiting for the lifts to arrive, and even once inside, the rides took a while because the limited availability meant they stopped frequently.

I stayed at Mercure in Dubai, right next to Dubai Internet City metro station. The location was perfect—so convenient— the food and the service at the hotel restaurant was fantastic. However, the stay was disappointing. The room was dusty and felt quite old, not upgraded in a while. The sheets had some stains, and the towels weren’t fresh. To top it off, the AC didn’t work for two days, and the service was slow and inattentive. I hope they improve, because it has a lot of potential.

Himasha did an excellent job with our weekly room servicefor our hotel appartment. He cleaned the room thoroughly,paid attention to detail, and ensured everything was neat and well organized. I had a very good stay at this hotel overall. Everything has been comfortable, well looked after, and the service has been excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Bheshraj, the supervisor, who has taken exceptional care of my apartment. His attention to detail, careful follow-up, and genuine professionalism made a real difference to my stay. Everything was handled with great care, and I truly appreciated it. The only disappointing experience was with Ashoka, the restaurant on the 8th floor, which also manages room service. I ordered two Aperol Spritz drinks to the room, and they were first sent in plastic cups, despite not being cheap drinks. After I complained, they were resent in water glasses, which still did not feel appropriate for the quality expected from the hotel. I was not impressed with that specific restaurant’s room-service handling. Apart from this, the hotel itself has been amazing, and the rest of the stay has been excellent.

We been in 3bedroom, with a huge balcony and spacious room. My kids were in enjoying in the pool. Fathima is taking care of us from the time we checked in and checked out. She has a lot of knowledge to share in terms of tourist spot in Dubai. |Now we are planning again to come back in winter season.

Really disappointed. Management poor quality. Gym is set up in a really stupid way and you cant have a proper session. Clearly set up by someone who has never been to a gym before. Sauna doesnt contain a water bucket….. And they are proudly saying «dear valued guest, scan this QR code and submit your feedback!» Only problem is that QR code isnt working……………. Never been more disappointed.

Very disappointing experience at Residence Inn by Marriott Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.||I stayed here for 7 days in a Suite Room category expecting decent hospitality because it’s a Marriott property, but the experience was completely opposite.||The front desk staff was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Nobody even picks up the phone properly, and basic guest handling standards were missing throughout the stay. The F&B team attitude was also very poor and unwelcoming.||What was most disappointing was the way Indian guests are treated. The hotel promotes itself as being welcoming and «loved by Indians,» but honestly I felt the maximum disrespect was towards Indian guests only.||For the amount charged and the Marriott branding, the service quality was unacceptable. Hospitality should be about respect and professionalism, which was seriously lacking here.||Would not recommend this property, especially to Indian families or business travellers expecting basic courtesy and service standards.

extreme disappointing stay! The elevators took 10–15 minutes every single time, which was extremely frustrating and not acceptable. I had to walk 40floors up to reach the gym. Despite clearly requesting a non-smoking room, we were given a smoking room with a strong odor. The AC did not work properly in our room or in the gym area, making everything uncomfortable. When we addressed these issues to the hotel manager, he was arrogant and dismissive instead of helpful. Because of this poor experience, we left the property two days earlier than planned. Location and design of rooms is good – but that is the only thing. I recommend staying away from this property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 8-night stay at this lovely hotel.The housekeeping, front desk, concierge and restaurant staff are very professional and responsive, kudos to them. Room is very new and clean, big enough for a family of 4 to 5. Breakfast is simple and lack varieties, during my 8 nights they served the same food everyday, and mostly veggies options. Coffee is good though.My only comment is the lift waiting time. It needs an upgrade to cope with high occupancy rate. And the outside windows from the room, it needs to be cleaned. Its all covered with dust that I couldn’t see clearly the outside view from my windows.Location is very convenient. Less than 2-min walking to the metro station. 1 stop to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Carrefour is about 10-min walk, and there is a very nice restaurant called Sansation DIFC, about 10-min walk from the hotel that serves very good Mediterranean food at a reasonable price.

Worst hotel experience ever. We had to wait more than 3 and a half hours just to check in. There was a huge line of guests waiting for the elevators because only 2 out of 4 elevators were working. How is it possible for a hotel with more than 48 floors to operate with only 2 elevators during a busy season like the Eid holidays? Completely unacceptable and very poorly managed. The staff seemed overwhelmed and no proper communication or apology was given to guests waiting for hours. What should have been a relaxing holiday turned into frustration from the moment we arrived. The hotel clearly was not prepared for the number of guests, and the lack of organization made the whole experience stressful. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend staying here during peak seasons. On top of that, the parking situation was a complete mess. Our car got stuck because 5 other cars were blocking the way out, and we had to wait around 30 minutes just for the valet staff to move the cars so we could leave. For a hotel of this size, this level of poor management and disorganization is simply unacceptable.

I really like this hotel and usually choose it whenever I’m in Dubai. The rest of the team, as always, were good and helpful. However, during this stay, my experience with the front office staff and the manager was disappointing. They were uncooperative and rude, which is not the level of service I expect from Marriott. This was surprising, as my previous stays have always been positive.

I totally agree with Me bee regarding staff at front desk at residence inn very cold behavior! No hospitality basically courtesy in them to even look up and greet the guests ! Especially Ayushman and Amit behave as if they do not know u or do not care .Then ofc the elevator ongoing problem .waiting time minimum 30 minutes on ur floor .u call them down front desk they do not care .only Lorena my sales person was great goid person so I came here as long stay but staff needs to be more courteous polite concern ed

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beach is just a short walk away, and the rooftop pool provides the perfect way to cool off. We even received a complimentary upgrade and were able to enjoy a spacious room with a balcony! Every morning at breakfast, we were warmly welcomed by Amelia, Liya, and Ester. They are outstanding!! Before long, they all knew exactly what we liked to eat and drink, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection is excellent as well, and if something happens to be missing, you can simply order it separately. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return.

We had a very pleasant stay at Aparthotel Adagio Premium The Palm and overall enjoyed the experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a modern design that made the stay relaxing. We especially appreciated the kitchen area and the well-maintained bathroom amenities. The rooftop pool was also a nice place to unwind and enjoy the city view. I would especially like to commend Jenny and Nwe from the front desk for being very friendly and accommodating. Jenny kindly upgraded one of our rooms to one with a balcony, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. However, since the upgraded room was located on the 3rd floor and it was a weekend, the street noise was quite noticeable. We could hear cars honking until dawn, which affected our rest a little. I would also like to commend Nang and Amelia from the F&B department for their warm and pleasant service during our stay. As for the set dinner meal, I understand that the stay was part of a promotional package considering the price, but I feel the portioning could have been better. That said, I have to praise the pasta and especially the dessert, they were exceptional and definitely stood out. Overall, it was a good stay with excellent staff and comfortable accommodations. With a few small improvements, particularly in meal portions and room placement for light sleepers, the experience could be even better.

just back from a week half board at this hotel and wow it was amazing. i got really good last minute deal a week before flying to dubai. The team here are always wanting to ensure you have a fab stay 24/7 reception staff always greet you and available to help. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect with the private beach and great for some lovely walks. The breakfast is outstanding fresh daily coffees and teas fruit pancakes waffles and omelettes and even lots of cakes you didn’t go hungry. the team again are there straight away making sure you have everything you need. lily and amelia where standouts the good option at this hotel with half board is you can pick lunch or tea so great if you fancy a tea out you also get water and cordial available which isn’t always included in half board. i would say the tea option lacked variety and wasn’t always hot in the warming plates so i don’t think i would choose half board again here but for the price we paid it was a nice option to have. we stayed in a one bedroom apartment as there was 3 adults and a child we had 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms which wasn’t expected and having the added kitchen was also a plus the room was cleaned daily by ali edgar and dunam and nothing again was to much trouble. the pool was also great it was small but could always get a bed the 2 life guards i’ve unfortunately forgotten there names were fantastic always happy and made my little girl feel special haves her some toys to play with in the pool. The only thing i would say that let the hotel down is the road noise at night when it was busy the rooms are not sound proofed so you can here constant beeping of cars which only seemed to happen on our stay friday and sat evening around 10pm-2am for what must be party drop offs and pickups we were in a room directly at the road i’m not sure if you were at the back of hotel this may make a difference but if i stayed again i would take ear plugs to block the noise. hitesh sorted our activities again nothing to much trouble great service in the hotel. overall a fantastic week in dubai would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Went here on a 4 day conference with spouse. Many of the participants were known to us and all were staying here. The staff is outstanding in their services: very fast, very understanding, & very helpful. The room I got had the most thoughtfully made storage which is quite unprecedented. The drawers, mirrors & cabinets were very thoughtfully designed to accommodate all needs of the travellers which really pleased me. The washroom was quite grand and offered both a Jacuzzi & a standing shower along with a kid bidet wash. I haven’t seen it ever before. However I didn’t like the sharp lights in the lobby ceiling which try to show a lighted sky but the lights in it are too sharp and not the right tone and leaves everything a shade dark. I liked the restaurant where we ate the breakfast which was complementary. Everything tasted very good and tastes were authentic though I didn’t find the cuisine selection very wide. It offered limited choices but made up by offering good taste.

The hotel is good and I really enjoyed my stay. I hope they can increase the number of EV car chargers and improve the charging management system. Some guests leave their cars connected for a very long time, which makes it difficult for others to use the chargers. It would be better if guests were required to leave their contact number with security so they can be contacted once charging is completed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would visit again.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was clean, and Christine at the front desk was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good as well.That said, our experience could have been improved with better communication and attention to detail. The main pool was closed for maintenance without any prior notice, making the remaining small pool incredibly crowded. We also noticed that basic amenities—like slippers, a bathrobe, a shower cap, and toothbrushes—were missing from the room and had to be requested. It’s a lovely property, but ensuring rooms are stocked and guests are notified of closures would make a big difference.

Room are nearly in good condition, spacious. No tissues available in room the cleaning service are horrible. I came to enjoy the pool it was closed for maintenance and they didn’t mention that in the website. The other pool was small and crowded. Bill boy services are horrible while checking out I requested to get my luggage on the basement they took nearly half an hour. I called the hotel to ask where is my luggage the staff answered was rude makes me feel anger. I dont think i will come back to this hotel as i didn’t feel the welcoming hospitality.

Rooms are fine, service is very average bar the excellent staff in the breakfast restaurant where the chefs went out of the way to help with dietary requirements. The standard buffet, as much as the staff helped, is as average as they come and always busy. A better menu of options a d a relook would do a world of good here. The hotel reception staff were pleasant but unhelpful for nearly any request. A better can do attitude may help. Not the first time they were inflexible as I have stayed here before and hoped for a better experience. Property wise, lovely, easy walk to the train and decent area.

The hotel is decent. The swimming pool wasn’t working and had half board but the trick was you need to eat early dinner otherwise you have to pay. Breakfast was good and ample choice. The room top restaurant pub has a superb view and the place is a decent place near the center .. around 10 mins away from dubai malls.

Asked for a room away from the elevator. Ended up giving me the one right next to it, asked for a non smoker gave me a smoker. When I demanded to change it they downgraded me to a lesser room which was far from hygienic. Urine stains in the bathtub, flies. Idk what else to say

We had booked for two nights stay. The reception desk staff were not polite, it was as if we were being done a favor.|Our booking was without breakfast but with 50% discount if we took breakfast. The girl at the desk in the restaurant was not professional at all. Her language and attitude was too bad. She would use high pitch tone and look at guests asif they are not going to pay and will run away. |Next day early at 7:00 we were woken up by the room phone ringing loudly like there is a fire in the building by the same girl at the restaurant desk demanding we go immediately and settle the bill whereas she had not been there at the desk. We did pay and she didn’t give 50% discount we deserved. Even after complaining to the manager they gave excuses and did not refund. Seriously, with such poor service, bad attitude of the staff, dirty rooms, no toiletries etc. its not worth staying at such a hotel. Personally I will never ever book this hotel again.

Her warm hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch that I really appreciated. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options every morning. Whether you prefer a light breakfast or a full meal, there is something for everyone. Everything was well organized, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around Dubai and visit the city’s main attractions. Really good room and service. Breakfast was honestly beyond my expectations. It was a full size buffet. Kamesh supervising the breakfast made my day and made an indian style tea for me. This shows how much they care about the customer. Five stars for this. Worth every penny staying here!

I found Aparthotel Adagio Dubai Deira to be a very good option, especially for a longer or more practical stay. What stood out to me most was the spacious setup and the convenience of having apartment-style features, which made the stay feel more comfortable and flexible than a standard hotel room. The location is also a big advantage, particularly if you want easy access to the metro and to the older parts of Dubai like the souks. I also liked that it seems well-suited for families and travelers who value function and convenience.

Had a good stay while my experience did not start out very well, it ended on a very positive note. Upon arrival, there were some initial issues that made the first impression less than ideal. However, Arwan responded quickly and professionally, and made genuine efforts to resolve the situation. Once everything was sorted, my stay became very comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Thanks to the Arwan, Ashok and Abbey as they were always helpful.

My stay at the hotel was beyond fantastic. Stayed in April for my birthday, the staff was very welcoming and caring. Even got me a big hamper with chocolates on my birthday. The lifeguards at the beach was very friendly helpful and made me feel so safe. Nuwan Chanaka and Shehan you have made mine and my sisters stay extraordinary. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

The rooms were spacious, but the air conditioning was not functioning properly and needs improvement. The kitchen area was also quite large, and the water dispenser was particularly impressive. However, the room service was very slow. The breakfast buffet had limited options and could be improved with a more varied menu. On a positive note, the swimming pool was large, clean, and well maintained.

We stayed in room 1019 for 4 nights. The reception staff were kind, the room was clean, and having a washing machine was a big plus. The biggest problem was the ventilation. Strong cooking smells from other rooms came into our room, and the hood did not help. There were also small flies in the room. The shower water pressure on the 10th floor was very weak. Room 1019 is the last room at the end of the corridor, so it’s a long walk to the elevator. However, it has more windows, which is nice. Overall, the ventilation system could be improved.

I genuinely wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because several staff members were truly exceptional and made my stay enjoyable. However, my experience was significantly affected by an issue with an employee named Hilarideen Ramlan, who handled my refund process very poorly. Unfortunately, the refund process became stressful and frustrating, as I received an incorrect refund amount and have not received any response to my follow-up emails. What made the situation even more disappointing was the lack of response or action from the manager, Shinoy Pookkottil, despite my attempts to resolve the issue. It is genuinely unfortunate because the hotel has some extraordinary staff members who provide excellent service, but experiences like this changed what could have been a great stay into a very disappointing one.

They were always available to answer questions and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. We were in Dubai for the first time. We chose the First Central Hotel Suites. From December 17, 2025, to January 1, 2026. 16 wonderful, unforgettable days. The hotel’s location is fantastic, surrounded by numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as a park. The impressive metro station is only 5 minutes away. SUPER! The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are very clean and well-equipped. The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling, polite, and helpful at all times of the day and night. You can see and feel that everything they do for their guests is done with love. They are wonderful people, with whom we have become very close, and even become friends, which will be the reason for our next visit to Dubai. A thousand thanks to all the staff. Ayoub, Gibiev, Riyaz, Shah G, Morshi D, and Gideon. THANK YOU for making our stay unforgettable. Very disappointing stay. We booked a room with a crib, but the room was dirty on arrival, the bath had stains, and the crib was in poor condition. We arrived early morning exhausted, expecting everything to be ready as we had emailed a few days before to confirm—but that clearly wasn’t the case. The fridge was also broken and had to be replaced. While the staff were polite and did try to help, the room itself felt old and not well maintained. They offered us an upgrade, which was appreciated, but it was essentially the same size room with slightly better interior. By that point, we had already unpacked after a long journey, so it wasn’t practical to move. We stayed 10 days, and breakfast had very limited options throughout. Overall, despite the staff being nice, the experience didn’t meet expectations. Would I stay again? No.

Hi, We stayed at this hotel for a month, and everything was excellent. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms with a kitchen were very comfortable and well-equipped. Housekeeping came a couple of times a week, which was also very convenient. Additionally, during the conflict, we had to leave the country, and they supported us throughout the entire process. They froze our stay so we could use the remaining time upon our return, at no extra cost. We only will lost a small deposit if we don’t comeback after a long time, which I understand as is a difficult situation for everyone, but they tried to help from the beginning. I’m not sure whether we will be able to come back due to the situation, either now or in the future, but I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

we stayed one week in First central hotel. It was amazing) Got upgrade from daytime manager FO( didn’t memorize name unfortunately ), got clean room with all needs inside, everyday refiles and so on. Concierge team are amazing. Helped too much even with sim card. Morshead/Issa/Giedon/Ayoub give so much info. The hotel is nice , our room was on 24th floor so high. Great pool works until 21/00. Steam room and gym) So close to metro and bus station. Food stores around, Al Ansari exchange. We had apartment and cooked inside. Hotel provided several shuttles for free. Breakfast was amazing in Beastro restaurant ( I gave review) , all food are good. Waiters: Jezz, Mark, Jennie and Rustam are polite and professional. Thank you for this vacation with first central

I’m really grateful to this hotel for an early check-in — I arrived around 10 a.m., and they let me in right away, which was a lovely surprise after a long trip.One of the best things here is the amazing internet connection. I work online, and since this trip was for business, I truly appreciated how stable and fast the Wi-Fi was — it worked perfectly everywhere in the hotel, even by the pool!My room was on the 24th floor — clean, comfortable, and spacious, though not brand new, but still cozy and well maintained. It was my first time staying in an apartment with a washing machine, and I found it super convenient.The hotel also has a well-equipped gym, a nice swimming pool, and sunbeds where you can relax or even work outside.
Housekeeping came every day, restocked four bottles of water, and changed towels regularly.Breakfasts were simple but satisfying — I always found something I liked: omelets, fresh vegetables, cheese, and delicious pancakes, which were there every morning.The staff were friendly and helpful, and some of them even spoke Russian, which was a pleasant surprise.The location is great — only about a 6-minute walk to the metro, though you do have to cross one road without a pedestrian crossing. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and you can also order food directly from the hotel’s menu.💛 I’ll definitely stay here again — the price, quality, and service were absolutely worth it!

Well this hotel is perfect. The staff make the experience all the better. The breakfast is really good with lots to choose from. There is a menu you can choose from for lunch or evening meal. There is a shop and a little snack bar in the lobby. If you have the evening buffet it is adequate for the price. However, the food isn’t warm and you gave to pay extra for anything to drink other than water. The pool is really nice but goes into the shade by 12. We were unfortunate enough to be here when gulf War was on and the staff were very good and calm. We were also put up till our flight free of charge for bed and breakfast Not a lot to do if stuck in the hotel.

Padam provides reliable and high-quality room cleaning service every single day. He is polite, hard-working and very attentive to details during cleaning. All areas are kept tidy, fresh and spotless after his work. He always finishes tasks on time with great patience and responsibility. I’m fully satisfied with his consistent service and strongly recommend him.

The rooms were spacious, and we sincerely appreciate the complimentary upgrade to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future. We would also like to mention the receptionist, Anna, who was attentive, and took the time to ask about our stay experience. However, our check-in experience was a bit disappointing. the receptionist requested payment without first asking whether I wished to pay in D$. My preference was to pay in D$, but I was informed that the hotel’s GHA system was down and was urged to use another payment method instead. While I was trying to understand the situation and asking why I had not received any notification that I would be unable to redeem my membership benefits, the receptionist turned her away, ignored my questions, and responded only to my husband. I found this behavior disrespectful and felt insulted. My husband is not familiar with the membership details, so I was the appropriate person to address regarding this matter. I requested that the payment issue be deferred until check-out in case the system became available again. I also made it clear that if the issue remained unresolved, I would be happy to use an alternative payment method. Fortunately, next day I received the notification of redemption. Is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Dubai. From the cleaning staff to the management team, everyone is extremely professional, kind, and always willing to help. I had an unforgettable experience in August 2025, when I celebrated my birthday here, and I don’t regret for a second choosing this hotel. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing, with sun all day long, not limited to only mornings or afternoons. The location is very good, the restaurant is solid, and the scent on the floors and in the rooms is beautiful and very pleasant. The housekeeping team is meticulous and does an excellent job, and the view from the room is simply perfect. Special thanks to Manager Ahmed for his responsiveness and support. I will definitely return very soon.
