Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights

Went here on a 4 day conference with spouse. Many of the participants were known to us and all were staying here. The staff is outstanding in their services: very fast, very understanding, & very helpful. The room I got had the most thoughtfully made storage which is quite unprecedented. The drawers, mirrors & cabinets were very thoughtfully designed to accommodate all needs of the travellers which really pleased me. The washroom was quite grand and offered both a Jacuzzi & a standing shower along with a kid bidet wash. I haven’t seen it ever before. However I didn’t like the sharp lights in the lobby ceiling which try to show a lighted sky but the lights in it are too sharp and not the right tone and leaves everything a shade dark. I liked the restaurant where we ate the breakfast which was complementary. Everything tasted very good and tastes were authentic though I didn’t find the cuisine selection very wide. It offered limited choices but made up by offering good taste.

From the very first minutes of our stay, we felt cared for and truly professional. Every request was handled quickly, politely, and always with a smile. It was especially gratifying to see such a willingness to help in any situation and create the most comfortable atmosphere. Thanks to this attitude, our stay left only the most positive impressions. Thank you for your hard work!

The hotel is good and I really enjoyed my stay. I hope they can increase the number of EV car chargers and improve the charging management system. Some guests leave their cars connected for a very long time, which makes it difficult for others to use the chargers. It would be better if guests were required to leave their contact number with security so they can be contacted once charging is completed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would visit again.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was clean, and Christine at the front desk was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good as well.That said, our experience could have been improved with better communication and attention to detail. The main pool was closed for maintenance without any prior notice, making the remaining small pool incredibly crowded. We also noticed that basic amenities—like slippers, a bathrobe, a shower cap, and toothbrushes—were missing from the room and had to be requested. It’s a lovely property, but ensuring rooms are stocked and guests are notified of closures would make a big difference.

Room are nearly in good condition, spacious. No tissues available in room the cleaning service are horrible. I came to enjoy the pool it was closed for maintenance and they didn’t mention that in the website. The other pool was small and crowded. Bill boy services are horrible while checking out I requested to get my luggage on the basement they took nearly half an hour. I called the hotel to ask where is my luggage the staff answered was rude makes me feel anger. I dont think i will come back to this hotel as i didn’t feel the welcoming hospitality.

Rooms are fine, service is very average bar the excellent staff in the breakfast restaurant where the chefs went out of the way to help with dietary requirements. The standard buffet, as much as the staff helped, is as average as they come and always busy. A better menu of options a d a relook would do a world of good here. The hotel reception staff were pleasant but unhelpful for nearly any request. A better can do attitude may help. Not the first time they were inflexible as I have stayed here before and hoped for a better experience. Property wise, lovely, easy walk to the train and decent area.

The hotel is decent. The swimming pool wasn’t working and had half board but the trick was you need to eat early dinner otherwise you have to pay. Breakfast was good and ample choice. The room top restaurant pub has a superb view and the place is a decent place near the center .. around 10 mins away from dubai malls.
