Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments

The location is excellent, just right beside Dubai Internet City Metro Station, and the 2-bedroom suite was huge. Great value for money and ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The room was clean overall, though the lampshade fabric could use some cleaning or replacement. Check-in was smooth, but check-out took a while, and another guest who arrived after us was assisted first. Breakfast was the only letdown, as the selection was quite limited. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily come back again.

We had a generally great stay here. For the price, this hotel is highly affordable for a small family. The room was spacious and well-designed, and the sofa bed was absolutely perfect for the kids. We also loved the beautiful sunrise views from our balcony. A special mention goes to the concierge and housekeeping teams, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.|The only real downside is the elevator system. For such a tall building, having only three running lifts per block is simply not enough. We spent a lot of time waiting for the lifts to arrive, and even once inside, the rides took a while because the limited availability meant they stopped frequently.

I stayed at Mercure in Dubai, right next to Dubai Internet City metro station. The location was perfect—so convenient— the food and the service at the hotel restaurant was fantastic. However, the stay was disappointing. The room was dusty and felt quite old, not upgraded in a while. The sheets had some stains, and the towels weren’t fresh. To top it off, the AC didn’t work for two days, and the service was slow and inattentive. I hope they improve, because it has a lot of potential.

Himasha did an excellent job with our weekly room servicefor our hotel appartment. He cleaned the room thoroughly,paid attention to detail, and ensured everything was neat and well organized. He also changed and refilled the necessary supplies. Very professional, efficient and courteous. We are very happy with his service and would highly recommend him. I had a very good stay at this hotel overall. Everything has been comfortable, well looked after, and the service has been excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Bheshraj, the supervisor, who has taken exceptional care of my apartment. His attention to detail, careful follow-up, and genuine professionalism made a real difference to my stay. Everything was handled with great care, and I truly appreciated it. The only disappointing experience was with Ashoka, the restaurant on the 8th floor, which also manages room service. I ordered two Aperol Spritz drinks to the room, and they were first sent in plastic cups, despite not being cheap drinks. After I complained, they were resent in water glasses, which still did not feel appropriate for the quality expected from the hotel. I was not impressed with that specific restaurant’s room-service handling. Apart from this, the hotel itself has been amazing, and the rest of the stay has been excellent.
