Room Service Review I recently ordered room service during my stay and overall it was a pleasant experience. The ordering process was simple and convenient, and the staff who answered the phone was polite and helpful. My order arrived within the estimated time, which I appreciated. The food was presented neatly and was still warm when it arrived. The taste was good and the portion size was satisfying. I also liked that the staff member who delivered the food was professional and friendly. However, there is a little room for improvement. The menu could offer a wider variety of options, and it would be great if the delivery time could be slightly faster during busy hours. Overall, the room service was reliable and convenient. It made my stay more comfortable, and I would definitely consider using it again in the future.

Kison is one of the best staff when i stayed in nest. He helped me all throught my journey and always made me feel home. The reception guy at n4 especially the night guy always made me feel at home. had an incredible experience staying at Nest Campus. It is, without a doubt, one of the finest student accommodations I’ve come across. The facilities are modern, clean, and perfectly designed for student life. Whether you’re hitting the gym, relaxing in the common areas, or just enjoying the well-maintained study spaces, the environment really helps you stay focused and productive. The sense of community and the level of security here are truly impressive, making it feel like a home away from home. ​If there is one thing that could make the experience even better, it’s the connectivity. The only real issue is the lack of public bus stops in the immediate vicinity. Having to rely on private transport or ride-shares can be a bit of a hassle when you’re trying to get around the city regularly. ​Aside from that one drawback, I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. If you’re a student looking for a balance of comfort, convenience, and a vibrant community, Nest is a fantastic choice!

Mr. Babu did an excellent job cleaning my room. He was very thorough, professional, and made sure everything was spotless and well-organized. I really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. One of the best cleaning services I’ve had in the accommodation. Highly recommended!

This place is very beautiful and looks brand new. Security is excellent, and all the facilities such as the gym, laundry, and common areas are great and very well maintained. Everything around the accommodation is also beautiful and convenient. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. Even Ali, the housekeeping staff member, was very friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend this place.

I’ve had a really positive experience staying at Myriad Dubai. The overall environment is well-managed, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to live. What stands out the most is how cooperative and understanding the management is. They are approachable, responsive, and genuinely try to support residents when needed. The facilities are well maintained, and any concerns are handled efficiently, professionally and in a timely manner.

This place is just easy to describe. Look at the videos and never come here. Place is dirty schedules are bad managed (cleaning of kitchen and rooms), too far from the city, security guards with an attitude. Fines that doesn’t apply to some people. Any type of filters to the people that goes there. Always smell bad. Noise people at 3 am without consequences. Price is too much for what they offer. Everything is wrong there my only advice look for another place. Trust me you will be happy and paying less. 0/10. There are some evidences of what I said (extra the gym is not hygienic and messy with some of the seats bitten). I almost forgot, per block there is almost 200 people sharing 3 or 5 washing machines and driers (at least one is under maintenance every week). What’s that?

Good place, nice rooms and staff, Lindsey especially is a standout . She has made the place more lively during these events. The DJs here are terrible though, they have horrible mixes and only play 3 genres. I could do better with my Spotify and speaker. To whoever DJs there switch it up and be better. Otherwise it’s a nice place 👍🏾

Had an amazing experience during my stay for my business trip. All the staffs are very accommodating, they have been really helpful tending to my needs. From the person whom i spoke to for reservation, giving an immediate response to my inquiry and assisting me all through out my booking, to the operations team making sure that everything is well in place for my stay. They have great amenities, well furnished rooms and on a prime location, making it easier for me to move around for my meetings. Also, the cost is pretty decent compared to the service and experience i had during my stay. I will definitely book Sol living again on my next trip. Thank you guys!!

This place is such a beautiful and lovely place to stay if you are up to a vacation. What I love about this hotel apartment is absolutely the view, bedroom and living room. I have been drawing after it through the paper and May turn it into painting when I get back home. The hotel has a great location and is very central to the city center! The complex also has a super nice pool area. The equipment of the apartment is great and in the evening you don’t hear much of what’s going on outside. For small groceries and other important small things, the small kiosk right at the entrance is enough. The complex has private security and is therefore always protected, although Dubai is generally very safe! I would also like to thank Jennifer for the hospitality and help of any kind.

I had a great stay at SOL. I can’t share the partly bad experience other guests shared. The location is great, a mini mart is available at the ground floor. What makes this accommodation so comfortable, is the amazing support tireless provided from the staff. My living in the Yugo Dubai land and overall, my experience had been quite positive. The accommodation is modern , clean , and well- maintained, which made me settling in very comfortably from the beginning. The rooms are designed to meet students ‘needs , with enough space for studying, relaxing, and daily living. One of the things I appreciate most is the friendly and supportive community.Its easy to meet people from different background’s ,making the environment welcoming and enjoyable. The staff members are generally helpful and responsive whenever maintenance or other issues arise, which adds to the overall convenience of living . I would like to thank all the management, volunteers and security for taking care of me 😊.

Switched to this accommodation in my third year, and I couldn’t have been luckier. Very clean, very organized. Staff are very lovely and so helpful, going above and beyond in supporting residents with anything they need. Also the prices are fantastic compared to other options. Room housekeeping is frequent and good. And rooms themselves are furnished very nicely and stylishly. The activities are unique, and the accommodations itself is in a fantastic location, very close to areas like Dubai Mall and with many supermarkets and cafeterias around. Also, the bus rides to uni are faster than other accommodations and the buses are so big and comfortable. I wish I lived here from the beginning, but at least my last years in university were comfortable. Would recommend to everyone truly.

I had a great stay at Yugo. The staff are all lovely and so accommodating. My room was perfect for the price and the facilities like the pool and the gym were amazing too. There’s a great community vibe. It is a little disconnected location-wise but they have buses that run for free to so many locations so it’s definitely manageable. Unfortunately due to the situation in Dubai I had to cut my stay short and even when handling that they were amazing. I would definitely go back and I recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Dubai! It’s great value for money!

I first dropped by Yugo while staying at a nearby hotel and checking out universities, and ended up living here for a whole year. It’s cozy and clean, they’re very prompt when handling maintenance requests, buses run frequently, the team is extremely helpful, and there are multiple community events throughout the year to help you make new friends from all over the world! They made settling into a new country so much easier. 1000% recommend! 🥹

A peaceful men’s hostel by Alqasimia university. Good facilities are available and they provide clean and beautiful atmosphere. Traveling facilities are available and there is university’s buses are available. Only few kilometres to the university. Students from different part of the glob are staying here. University keep it in secure. Large parking facilities.

The place is a mosque and not hostile . The mosque is greatly built and led by an excellent Imams. Thanks to the management board for providing such a beautiful place of worship. May Allah bless emirates and all its leaders and grant them safe leadership and protect country against any external or internal attacks . Amen Amen Amen

The place is nice enough but the bad thing is all the noise that the exchange students (SP JAIN) make all the time. I get woken up in the middle of the night by them often – they seem to think this is their private collage campus. endless cockroach infestation also a negative

Great place to live in Silicon Oasis. A lot of Indian shops, restaurants nearby. Good commute options available.

Avoid at all costs! Major roaches problems, I would find ever day one or two in the corridors or in my studio. Walls are as thin as paper, you can hear absolutely everything from the neighbours or outside. Ceiling in the bathroom was always leaking and even if you call them to fix it, it always comes back… one time all my makeup was ruined because the ceiling was too damp and fell. The never reply to the emails, so if you plan to get your deposit back, forget about it… you’ll never see the money again! Avoid this place and look for something better ✌🏻

I’ve stayed here for almost a year, it’s the best accomodation you’ll get in dubai with all the damn facilities and convenience!

Negative aspects : – Major cockroaches issue on the hallways but most importantly on my flat. In a year, I must have seen and killed hundreds. It came to a point where it was daily. When I went away for two weeks and left one of these sticky traps near the kitchen sink, I came back seeing it being FULLY covered with them. Not even exaggerating ! – Lures tenants into thinking it’s a pet free building, which for some, is a top priority criteria. More specifically about dogs, as I don’t like hearing them bark 24/7 (just a personal preference). Nothing will be done by the management after raising a complaint. There is also (particularly) a big echo in the hallways so any kind of noise is multiplied. – Fire alarm would activate at least 5 times a day even during the night (on the hallways). It’s also one of the loudest one I’ve heard so far. I could hear it very vividly inside my flat. – The bottom floors are occupied by students so there’s a lot of noise and crowd during morning and evening time on the G floor. The elevators waiting time also increased since they came into the building. – Poor isolation/hallways echo issue. I could hear my neighbors laughing, speaking, listening to music etc… – Security deposit refund. I had to wait quite a while to get it back. Positive aspects : – New looking style – Building located in front of the mall so it’s quite convenient.

Most of the apartments are full of cockroaches, pool Area is soooooo dirty, gym is not good and the apartment is smelly most of the times , as a someone who is living there for a 1.5 years I won’t recommend
