Excellent service from Baggage Taxi Dubai! They were right on time to pick up our luggage from DXB Airport and gave very clear instructions on exactly where to meet. Our bags were delivered to the hotel within the expected time, with no stress at all. Communication was excellent throughout, with questions answered quickly and regular updates via WhatsApp. The service is very budget-friendly, and Martin, who handled our pickup and drop-off, was incredibly friendly and professional. Such a great experience from start to finish—100% recommend this service to everyone!

BaggageTaxi was a life saver, fact that I can have them pick up my luggage and deliver to hotel while I tour the city before my check in time is just another level of convenience. Security was great timing awesome. I have had to book hotel a day ahead just because of this problem of flight getting to town early and checkin is much later but with this service I don't have to again I hope to see them in mote cities around the world

Perfect service. Continuous contact via WhatsApp about the status, times and location. The handler seals the luggage before taking it away. Takes photos and asks you to identify yourself with a PIN code communicated in advance. Super safe and secure. We didn't worry for a second. This allowed us to enjoy everything Dubai has to offer. No hassle with suitcases.
