Serenity Spa and Wellness Centre

First time visiting, and had a great experience. The price is very reasonable, the Spa is clean and well looked after. Plus was the steam and sauna afterwards. My therapist Sunil was great, I booked the Indian massage tht was very relaxing. There are daily promotions in the week, worth checking it out. Parking free in the basement.

Kalpana does magic on face and body! I had the most amazing experience at the spa. I got deep cleansing facial and deep salt body scrub massage done. I feel splendid good as new and refreshed and my face is glowy and clear! Thanks Kalpana, you are a gem! 😊

Sunil, the best masseuse, very warm and I regularly visit him. The over all hotel environment is very clean and welcoming, I wish Serenity Spa & Team all the very best!!

From the initial part of making a reservation with Siva right upto the massage by Kalpana, very good and prompt service. Kalpana is an excellent masseuse. The facilities and rooms also are very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back here. Keep up the good work!

Im putting 4 star with this spa its bcoz of their therapist ive been using them since the one in riqqa, barsha and now here in flora airport. Therapist Kalpana is the best and fixed Me not jus being therapist but she is good and ive heard always that shes in demand and a lot of clients ask for her same as me. The only down point on this as a spa and in a hotel you dont feel Relax or the spa vibe. Soundsystem sucks and i always ask to turn it off. No gud smell like candles or aroma at all. Seems like they really should change the vibe it does not cost so much to fix and put proper music and candles and all that guests should feel. I know they said and i heard saw comments - its good price and thats what you got but hey common FLORA INN HOTELS! You are allways fully book you cannot upgrade your spa?!!!! Cmon just do it. Thank you Kalpana for always taking good care of me and all Your guests.

Here is the deal: The massage was great. The person was skillful and experienced. However, the location and environment wasn't soothing and relaxing. The lights were left on, the person providing a massage was talking to me all the time, and he was chewing tobacco, he left mid point to get his chair without closing the door on the way out while I was still on the table, and most importantly he was short for time (instead of 90 - the massage was short by 15). Luckily the reception only charged me for an hour after I protested. FINAL VERDICT: Go at your own risk.

Really good place, clean and neat, staff was professional and assisted very well, I visited on 24 th December 2025 Recommend to everyone who wants good cheap massage with high standards and clean room P.s Master Sunil is a professional, thank you a lot
