Laguna SPA - Sheikh Zayed

Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, with no real care for client satisfaction. I booked a 1hr 40 min hour massage, but in reality, it lasted only 30 minutes. The staff seemed more focused on pushing extra charges rather than massaging DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANTED REAL MASSAGE. Keep on asking extra money extra service

Honestly, the shop is clean and meets all safety and security standards. The work is organized and of the highest quality. I especially want to mention a girl named Sarah, may God protect her. Her work is professional, she's elegant and beautiful, and she has a great sense of humor. Best regards and good luck!

An exceptional spa experience from start to finish. The environment is spotless, calm and beautifully organized. What truly stands out is the staff extremely polite, warm, and genuinely welcoming without any sense of being forced or artificial. The level of professionalism and care made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in .. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and comfort I will definitely be returning.

The experience in hammam is something else!! If you want to feel reborned and extremely clean highly recommend this beauty salon!!! I highly recommend the Moroccan Hammam at Serenity Secret Spa. The experience was relaxing and very well done from start to finish. The staff is professional and the space is extremely clean. Perfect Hammam in Jumeirah if you’re looking for real results.

I love to visit this place again, all stuff are best honest😁 friendly All the best for you joliya & hassan

Very nice salon, and the staff are really nice. The salon is clean and organized and I recommend u have Miriam do you nails she’s really good

Don’t go here, they are cheaters, very unprofessional only care about extra services no massage, zero knowledge about massage therapy. Never visit you will regret
