Sofitel Spa Dubai Downtown

I had an incredible experience with the Couple Serenity Hammam Journey! The facility is exceptionally nice and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. A huge thank you to our therapists, Alma and Mercy, who were both professional and very kind. The scrubbing was perfect—it exfoliated so much dead skin and truly brought back a feeling of total smoothness especially with the amazing lemongrass scent of the soap. The steam room was another highlight. I also loved that the shower temperature is fully adjustable; if you're looking for a "cold plunge" feel, it gets really cold and refreshing! Will definitely come again.

I chose this spa to celebrate my birthday with full relaxation experience. It was great, hammam, Moroccan bath, massage. Many thanks to my therapists Sem, Alma, Jasmine. Even got the tasty cake from the team

A relaxing experience at Sofitel Spa Downtown. The spa has a calm atmosphere and the amenities are complete, making it easy to unwind before and after the treatment. My therapist, Sem, was professional and attentive, which made the whole session very comfortable. The treatment itself was overall very good and helped me relax after a long week. I also enjoyed the tea served after the treatment, a small touch, but it made the experience feel more thoughtful and complete. Overall, a good spa experience in Downtown Dubai and a nice place to recharge.

I highly recommend Julia at the spa. Her massage is exceptional, with a personalized touch that truly makes all the difference. She takes the time to understand your needs and tailors every movement to provide a unique and deeply relaxing experience. Thank you, Julia, for this wonderful moment of pure well-being!

I came here with my wife for a couples spa experience and we both loved it. The massage was very professional and relaxing, and the therapists did an excellent job. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and hammam — everything was clean, well organized, and the atmosphere was very calm and comfortable. A perfect place in Dubai to relax with your partner. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back again. Bo and Sem are very good!

The staff upon my arrival to the spa were knowledgeable and polite. I was given the treatment as a gift from family - I had a 90 minute massage with Julia. She was very attentive and professional and she listened to my preferences when I said my shoulders were tense and needed extra time spent on them. I didn’t use any of the other facilities but the massage room was inviting and the massage table was very comfortable. Thank you Julia for a lovely treatment!

Booked a date massage with my Bestfriend For Eid Holiday. I had the most relaxing deep tissue massage with Jasmine. I requested for firm pressured, her hands were strong enough that relaxed my sore muscles. Highly recommended
