The wellness area is excellent, with a spacious jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, ice room, and comfortable relaxation areas that make it easy to spend several hours unwinding. The massage was good and professionally done, although I wouldn’t say it was the best I’ve had. That said, the overall experience is what makes this place stand out. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the service is professional, and the entire spa feels luxurious from start to finish. It’s definitely a premium experience, and while it isn’t inexpensive, you get the quality and atmosphere you’d expect for the price.

I had a wonderful experience at Talise Ottoman Spa. I came for the Turkish hammam followed by a relaxing massage, and everything was truly exceptional. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful — very elegant, clean, and full of charm. The entire atmosphere feels luxurious and calming from the moment you arrive. The massage was outstanding. The therapist was highly professional, attentive, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. The oils had a lovely, soothing scent, and the background music created a perfect, tranquil ambiance. Even the small details, like the tea, were thoughtfully done and added to the overall experience. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend Talise Ottoman Spa for anyone looking for a premium, authentic spa experience.

I had their orange blossom hammam and it was enjoyable, although it happened in an open area along with other guests and zero privacy. I arrived one hour before my treatment to use the facilities. There are a steam sauna, a Finnish sauna, and a Russian sauna, one big pool, two jacuzzis along with heated lazy chairs. The only downside was that there was only one changing cubicle for some 100 lockers.

Turkish style Hammam, clean .. quiet .. highly recommended .. indoor pool is small but authentic oriental decor.. u may spend hours here ..

I had a great experience today. Phyu was extremely helpful and provided excellent assistance throughout my visit. The staff inside were also very helpful, and the therapist was very friendly and did a great job

really disappointed with the service. We requested a cake and I called twice telling them about it. When I arrived, I reminded them Againn and asked for it to be served after our massage near the Turkish hammam area. Yet after we finished, there was No Cakee !!!! The worst part was trying to find someone to help. Staff were nowhere to be found !! so I ended up calling the Spa’s Google Maps phone number! That’s not the customer experience I’d expect from a 5-star hotel spa. Even after speaking to someone, the cake took a long time to arrive. Also, the large water dispenser in the spa wasn’t working, and a staff had to open it from the top to pour water. If it’s broken, it should be repaired or removed instead of being kept there! Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I would expect from a 5-star hotel spa.

I visited the Talise Ottoman Spa for a spa day, and while the place itself is very clean and beautifully designed, I unfortunately didn’t have the experience I was hoping for. Several of the key facilities were not working during my visit. The steam room was out of service, the wet sauna wasn’t functioning, the adventure shower head was not working, and even the jacuzzi was not functioning. Considering the high expectations and price point, it was quite disappointing to find so many amenities out of order. The environment is lovely, but I really hope they address these maintenance issues soon so guests can enjoy the full experience the spa is known for.
