We have been dealing with this Bonn metal — their product quality is very good, but the customer service is extremely poor. There seems to be no proper sales support or responsible person to communicate with. It feels like no one really cares about the business or small-range customers. The sales team respond only when they are free, and we often have to wait for hours just to get a simple update. Very disappointing experience despite the good product quality.
I enjoy doing business with Bonn metals especially their support when we are in urgency. Competitive price, better quality, timely delivery and sensitive response on emergency. Good work !!!
