This was an extremely disappointing experience. I visited this factory simply to inquire about their T-shirt manufacturing prices because I was genuinely interested in starting a business relationship with them and placing orders in the future. The first Indian staff member I spoke with was polite, professional, and helpful, and I truly appreciate the way he treated me. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when I dealt with another Indian staff member, whose attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The way he responded to my questions made me feel unwelcome and completely changed my impression of the company. What makes this even more surprising is that they charge AED 90 per T-shirt with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces. For an order of that value, I expected a much higher standard of customer service. I came in as a potential customer looking to build a long-term business relationship, but the interaction I experienced today left me very disappointed. Customer service is the first impression a company gives, and unfortunately, the behavior of one employee completely ruined what could have been a positive experience. I appreciate the professionalism shown by the first staff member, but this review simply reflects my personal experience.

I’m very upset with my experience with Mr. Sirus today. From the moment my husband and I walked in to our meeting, he didn’t even bother to get off of his phone and greet us. He made no effort to even initiate the conversation until I started to speak. I came all the way from the US to meet with him and showed him a sample I received from a different manufacturer that while was not great he decided to take it upon himself to destroy it while we were seated without my permission. Never in my life have I ever come across someone so disrespectful and entitled. I asked about his MOQ and pricing several times and kept beating around the bush until he finally gave me a number and when I asked if he was able to do a lower price he rudely started saying to his wife that I didn’t want to pay and I didn’t know anything about fashion design. He was extremely rude and condescending. STAY AWAY from this place.

We have been dealing with this Bonn metal — their product quality is very good, but the customer service is extremely poor. There seems to be no proper sales support or responsible person to communicate with. It feels like no one really cares about the business or small-range customers. The sales team respond only when they are free, and we often have to wait for hours just to get a simple update. Very disappointing experience despite the good product quality.

No doubt Shuaiba is very big paper bag Company, but below are the BIG drawback I personally experienced 1. No commitment to timeline, they might agree to a delivery date but won’t fulfill and will give all the reason for the delay. 2. No one checks the quality of the bags produced is good quality enough to deliver. Randomly it will be delivered after that we have to go back and forth to return and replace the damaged quantity. 3. After they rechecking the delivered quality is not good and agreed to replace approx 5 to 10% of bags. It’s been more then one year or more. They don’t even bother to solve this issue after they got the full invoice payment. Please be careful before you deal with Shuaiba.

Unreliable and Unprofessional Service Our experience with CMS Factory LLC has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor, with little to no response from their side. Material deliveries have been delayed by over a month, seriously impacting our project timelines. Mr. Giri, who was assigned to handle our case, has been unprofessional and unreliable throughout the process. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend CMS Factory LLC for anyone seeking timely and dependable service. Very frustrating overall!

Today i was going on road and i was in my company uniform , and one of this CMS Manufacturing Company guy has asked to me why you going in front of our company , and abused me a lot, with the more guys, later security came he said first sorry about matter, and then security was also looking at my phone , Security has no right to check my phone on the street, Management has to check the cameras with time 24-12-2024 03:28 PM , And take action against this guy , they were fighting with me.

I have very bad experience, we went 3 times and every time they said we dont have sizes and they dont even pickup the phone and till now we cant get NAS uniform,

Worst supplier u’ll ever seen. I made order number 6640 on date 31.08.2022 and till now i didn’t receive it. I called many times since last week only yesterday they answered and they said i will receive today but till now nothing. Im calling now many times and no respond. I visited capital mall branch and no sizes found. Very bad 👎🏻 and i dont know how they made agreement with them unless they have Wasta
