I’m writing to express my disappointment with the pre-purchase inspection conducted. I booked the inspection for 6:00 PM specifically to ensure it was done in daylight. However, the inspector arrived 1 hour late, by which time it was dark. This defeated the purpose of booking an evening slot for a daylight inspection. During the inspection, only one person arrived in a personal car. The inspection felt rushed and superficial. You issued a 600-point report, but several issues were missed that we discovered immediately after purchasing the car. In fact, we had to point out the existing problems to the inspector before he included them in the report. This suggests either a lack of technical knowledge or insufficient attention to detail. For a service marketed as a 600-point inspection, I expected a thorough, independent assessment, not a report based on what the customer already knew. Overall, the service was unprofessional and not worth the fee paid. A mechanic from a workshop would have provided a more accurate and useful overview of the car’s condition. I’m sharing this feedback so you can improve your process. I would also advise other buyers to be cautious before booking with Check My Car.

I used this company to inspect a second-hand car before purchasing. The inspection itself was completed, and they did provide general details about the vehicle’s condition. However, when I specifically asked about what the actual issues were and an estimate of how much it would cost to fix them, I was told that I would need to pay extra for that information. Since I had already paid for a full inspection, I expected clearer and more detailed guidance about the problems found and their seriousness. In my opinion, a car inspection service should properly explain the issues identified and what they mean for the buyer, not charge additional fees just to clarify basic findings. This was disappointing, as the customer should feel informed and supported after a full inspection, not pushed to pay more for essential details.

He checked the car as thoroughly as if he were buying it for himself and inspected every aspect in detail. He guided me throughout the entire process and explained everything clearly. I already used your service for two car inspections before, and those experiences were good. However, this time I am extremely disappointed. Your team inspected the wrong car and then said it was not your fault, even though I clearly sent the links to the correct vehicle. You also mentioned that I did not provide the chassis number, but for the previous two inspections I also did not provide it and there was no issue. Before starting the inspection, your team should have confirmed the correct car details with me to avoid this mistake. That is basic professionalism and customer service. I spent almost 300 on this inspection and received nothing useful because the wrong car was inspected. This was a complete waste of my time and money. Instead of taking responsibility, your team blamed the seller, which is very unprofessional. A professional company should admit mistakes and at least offer some compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss caused. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend your company to anyone. There are many other companies offering the same service with better professionalism and customer care. so others are aware of my experience.
