I’m writing to express my disappointment with the pre-purchase inspection conducted. I booked the inspection for 6:00 PM specifically to ensure it was done in daylight. However, the inspector arrived 1 hour late, by which time it was dark. This defeated the purpose of booking an evening slot for a daylight inspection. During the inspection, only one person arrived in a personal car. The inspection felt rushed and superficial. You issued a 600-point report, but several issues were missed that we discovered immediately after purchasing the car. In fact, we had to point out the existing problems to the inspector before he included them in the report. This suggests either a lack of technical knowledge or insufficient attention to detail. For a service marketed as a 600-point inspection, I expected a thorough, independent assessment, not a report based on what the customer already knew. Overall, the service was unprofessional and not worth the fee paid. A mechanic from a workshop would have provided a more accurate and useful overview of the car’s condition. I’m sharing this feedback so you can improve your process. I would also advise other buyers to be cautious before booking with Check My Car.

However, when I specifically asked about what the actual issues were and an estimate of how much it would cost to fix them, I was told that I would need to pay extra for that information. In my opinion, a car inspection service should properly explain the issues identified and what they mean for the buyer, not charge additional fees just to clarify basic findings. This was disappointing, as the customer should feel informed and supported after a full inspection, not pushed to pay more for essential details.

I already used your service for two car inspections before, and those experiences were good. However, this time I am extremely disappointed. Your team inspected the wrong car and then said it was not your fault, even though I clearly sent the links to the correct vehicle. You also mentioned that I did not provide the chassis number, but for the previous two inspections I also did not provide it and there was no issue. Before starting the inspection, your team should have confirmed the correct car details with me to avoid this mistake. That is basic professionalism and customer service. I spent almost 300 on this inspection and received nothing useful because the wrong car was inspected. This was a complete waste of my time and money. Instead of taking responsibility, your team blamed the seller, which is very unprofessional. A professional company should admit mistakes and at least offer some compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss caused. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend your company to anyone. There are many other companies offering the same service with better professionalism and customer care. so others are aware of my experience.

We booked a deep cleaning with Ilaj before we moved into our new apartment. We were very happy and impressed with the quality of their services. The place was sparkling by the time they left. We would definitely recommend their services!

Good guys in the cleaning team and they did a decent job. Friendly, polite and they got on with the job with no fuss. However, the company policy doesn’t seem to do anything to protect anything else in the house whilst spraying water and chemicals over the sofa. No covering of any other furniture – and so I’ve had clean the windows, the rest of the furniture, tables, TV, etc. To be fair, the cleaning guys were good and did a good job of the sofa cleaning. But perhaps taking a little more care would be good if if Ilaj would like repeat business. Because of this I doubt I’d use them again. There are plenty more cleaning companies out there. AGAIN, the guys who did the actual cleaning were good and offered to mop up after they’d finished. I told them, no, that I’d do it. But I’d say cleaning companies should learn to be cleaner. It really should be policy. If you need a grade, it’s a C-, could do a LOT better. That’s my honest feedback.

My experience with SUPERIOR DESIGN TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C was extremely negative and resulted in significant financial loss and property damage. The project initially involved kitchen renovation works in my apartment in Business Bay. The company removed an existing kitchen that was fully functional and in excellent condition, and replaced it with a kitchen that was defective, poorly installed, and completely unusable. During the works, the situation escalated far beyond poor workmanship. The workers were cutting materials directly inside the room, leaving the entire space filled with debris, dust, and construction waste, with no proper protection or care for the property. Additional serious issues include: – Installation of a cabinet in the laundry/storage area made of non-water-resistant material, completely unsuitable for its intended use – Leaving an open hole in the ceiling, through which a very thin electrical cable was pulled to power the washing and drying machines — a clear safety concern – Installation of terrace mesh doors that arrived already damaged (torn mesh) and were then installed crooked – Within days, the silicone used to fix the door frame failed, causing the frame to loosen and require additional fixing The project timeline was also completely misrepresented. What was promised as a 7-day job turned into 30–40 days of delays, with constant postponements and no accountability. Equally concerning is the way this business operates. Based on my direct experience, this is not a structured company, but rather an individual presenting himself as a full-service contractor, who then outsources the work to third parties while adding a significant markup. The workers brought on site showed poor discipline and lack of professionalism, often spending time eating, resting, or sitting around instead of working, while delays were repeatedly justified with vague excuses. Ultimately, the project was abandoned, and the company refused to take responsibility or fix the damage. An independent contractor has since confirmed that substantial additional costs are required just to restore the apartment to a safe and usable condition. Based on this experience, I strongly advise anyone to avoid engaging with this company and to exercise extreme caution.
