Excellent service from JustCare today. Asif and Irfan came to install a smart lock in my apartment, and the experience was outstanding. While they were on site, they noticed I was also looking for an AC solution and proactively offered to help. They had the exact smart thermostat I was planning to get, and they arranged for the AC work to be done the same day. While Asif and Irfan were completing the smart lock installation, Bilal arrived to handle the AC and thermostat installation, making the whole process seamless and very efficient. All three were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely accommodating, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to see this level of initiative and customer care. Highly recommend JustCare, and especially Asif, Irfan, and Bilal - truly great service.

I rarely leave reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. From the moment I contacted them, they arrived within an hour. The smart door lock installation was incredibly fast – completed in less than 45 minutes. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, and they left the place perfectly clean and tidy after finishing the work. Their English is excellent and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The mobile app for the smart lock is also very user-friendly and easy to use. I live in Dubai and regularly use many different services, so my expectations for service quality are quite high. Still, I have honestly never experienced this level of professionalism and efficiency before. They truly exceeded even Dubai-level service expectations. They have definitely gained me as a client for all my future projects. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I needed to install a better system than my current thermostat. I googled and found that the Google Nest devices are pretty good. I reached out late on a Sunday afternoon and a VERY professional team came out within an hour to upgrade my system. These guys are top notch. Great work.
