Marc & Bryan did a great work and the experience with Mr Fixer was great from start to finish. I’ve asked them to fix a P-trap system that I had purchased from abroad (UAE standard is to fix a bottle trap even for kitchen sink, which is usually not recommended anymore as the bottle get dirty easily) along with a valve system. This installation required an adapter that many other plumbers in Dubai were not able to source but Mr Fixer’s team was able to find the right fix immediately. I reached out on Saturday morning, got a first appointment Saturday afternoon for assessment and on Tuesday it was all fixed. Marc & Bryan were great as well, very professional details oriented and very careful. Great work. Highly recommended. I will definitely call this team again for all my future needs including plumbing, electricity and AC.

Very unprofessional job by Hassan and his colleague. They visited my house to fix an ELCB tripping issue and replaced my broken ELCB with another clearly old and faulty one. The problem persisted immediately few hours after they left. I kept calling them for the next 5 days to come and fix the issue but they kept giving excuses. Horrible experience and despite paying them I had to call another electrician who did the job properly in one visit.

Great positive experience after a failed attempt with a different company. I found Doctor of Drain via Gemini, having read through some of these positive reviews, I decided to reach out for a quote via WhatsApp. The team were very responsive, managed to find an appointment time to come to my house a few hours later, and arrived early with all the tools to identify the problem and fix x2 blocked points in our underground waste water pipe, that was causing some internal flooding. I’ve tried many different maintenance companies in the 14 years I’ve lived in Dubai and Repair Plus is by far the best one. There’s really no comparison. Other companies have always made me wait around for them, communicated poorly, made promises they didn’t keep, and ended up charging me much more. Repair Plus, on the other hand, is always punctual, professional, tidy, and highly skilled. I recently hired them to repair a table for me that had been badly damaged by nail polish remover. I thought it was beyond saving, but they offered me the best quote so I went with them. They managed to restore it in less than 24 hours and even added a waterproof coating to prevent future damage. Their craftsmanship honestly amazed me. The table looks even better now than when I first got it. You can see the difference in the first two «before» photos and the last two «after» ones. It looks so nice in my apartment now and even feels expensive.

From my request and all follow-on communication with Miko- who handled it all professionally, helpful and politely – to the execution of the cracks fixing, sanding and final paint work, everything was done perfectly well by the team on the ground. They were friendly, worked quietly until they finished and left the kitchen in clean condition. I can highly recommend Repair+ as a reliable contractor.

The only company that accepted to do the work, and did it properly. Had a leak in the toilet. I contacted a top rated repair company with a nearly perfect review score (without mentioning its name), and they refused to take the task, stating that built-in toilets are hard to fix. They even suggested to seal the toilet seat without trying to fix the leak, which is simply wrong. Then I called another company called «plumber dubai» who also apologized, but were helpful and recommended that I contact Repair Plus. And repair plus indeed fixed it. Those guys can handle complex work that others avoid.

After 1 year of membership, all I can say is that I do not trust them. They do not honor their contract and commitment. They try to charge you even if it is in your package. I do not recommend them. Know your rights.

I would like to recommend Samra Facilities inc. for their service. Maria provided a very quick return to all my question about the different models of AC and their prices. Some quirk happened during the process and Maria responsibly responded to it. The installation part was very good and replacing the 3 AC Ducted systems took only 2 days. The place was left almost as clean as it was when the work started. Very glad with my choice and will contact Samra for some other work.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They agreed to come and repair my door, but kept telling me they would arrive «soon» and blamed heavy traffic. I waited at home for over 3 hours, only for them to never show up. Eventually, they stopped answering both my calls and WhatsApp messages altogether. To make matters worse, the person handling their WhatsApp was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and had a very poor attitude throughout the conversation. I repeatedly asked to speak with the owner or at least be given the owner’s WhatsApp number because they deserve to know how their customer service is damaging the business. My messages were read but completely ignored. This was a complete waste of my time and one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. I would strongly recommend being cautious before dealing with this company.

The guys who installed my ikea cabinets were amazing, the cabinets were missing parts and was not straightforward, they stayed beyond agreed time and finished all work perfectly . highly recommend !!!
