Justlife

Very disappointing experience. I’ve used this app multiple times before, but honestly the service quality has not been consistent, which is why I started using other cleaning apps instead. I decided to give this app another chance — and unfortunately, that was a mistake. I booked a 4-hour cleaning session, which is usually more than enough to finish my home. This time, the cleaner failed to complete basic tasks properly. I even cleaned one of the bathrooms myself to save time, yet the overall result was still unacceptable. The kids’ room was not cleaned properly at all. The bed was supposedly made, but when I checked, underneath it was still dirty. There was visible dust in multiple areas, including the windows, which she claimed to have cleaned. This is not the level of service I expect, especially since I’ve had better experiences before — even with the same cleaner. The inconsistency and lack of attention to detail are extremely frustrating. I will be attaching photos as proof. I will not be using this app again.

Very disappointing experience with Justlife’s deep cleaning service. The cleaning was far below expectations, with several areas completely missed, including the walls, under the bed, in the fridge, and many other visible spots that should have been addressed during a professional deep cleaning service. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of customer support. After raising a ticket, we received an email stating that someone would contact us within 24 hours. However, despite multiple reminders and follow-ups, we never received any response or update. We paid for a deep cleaning service but did not receive the level of quality or customer care that was promised. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Very disappointed with Justlife’s deep cleaning service. One of their cleaners used the wrong chemical (meant for bathroom stains) on my kitchen taps, bathroom taps, stove, and microwave, causing severe corrosion and damage. My microwave was completely ruined with rust overnight. Although we were patient and cooperative, it took countless follow-ups just to get the microwave replaced. When we tried to resolve the remaining damage to taps and stove, the manager blocked our number instead of helping. Unprofessional service, careless and poor accountability. Please think twice before trusting them with your property.

Today I booked electrician to change the chandelier in my bedroom , He was very friendly and gave me advices about other things what I asked . So he was very fast and professional. Very satisfied 😊

Excellent service! Justlife makes life so much easier with so many services available in one app. Their laundry and dry cleaning service was professional, convenient, and took great care of my clothes. Highly recommended!

booked a one-hour home massage and I'm really impressed. The therapist was professional, on time, and created a very relaxing atmosphere. The setup was clean, the techniques were great, and the whole session felt smooth from start to finish. Highly satisfied with the service - definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quality at-home massage.

The lady was right on time, really worked the knots out of my muscles. Would recomend if you are looking for an at home relaxing massage. The massage bed was large sturdy and comfy. Very well priced for an hour long
