We would like to say a big thank you to this cleaning team. They did an amazing job in our 3+study+1 villa. The cleaning was very detailed and thorough. The girls worked very carefully, especially on the grout lines, the kitchen, and the bathrooms. The boys were also very hardworking and did everything very well. We are quite picky and very particular about cleanliness, but even we were really impressed with the result. Everything was cleaned very well. A team of nine people with two supervisors arrived around 9:30–10:00 in the morning, and by around 4–5 pm they had already finished. The area of the villa is quite large, so we honestly did not expect them to complete everything in one day. Very professional, fast, and well-organized team. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience. We hired this company last Saturday for a deep cleaning service and paid AED 500, expecting professional results. Unfortunately, the work was far below standard. Many areas were left unclean, and the overall quality did not reflect what was promised. We have clear photo evidence to support this. What is even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. After raising the issue, instead of resolving it properly, we were given excuses and no refund or corrective action was offered. This is not how a professional cleaning company should operate. I strongly recommend others to think twice before using their services. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves their service standards.
