i had used them consistently for over 6 years and been very happy with their staff, the change of staff if they went on holiday or were unwell and of course Sushma for problem resolution. the girls had great attention to detail, professional and did not try getting over friendly. i recently changed them because they did not have philippina staff that i like because of the above mentioned reasons

This company has been completely disorganized. I haven’t even paid yet, but they keep sending me back-to-back payment links through both WhatsApp and text. I clearly told their staff, Liz, to send it only through text since their system already does that — yet she ignored me. On top of that, she said I would need to send proof after paying! Don’t they have a system that already shows payment? Dealing with a company that can’t even handle simple processes properly is incredibly frustrating. Totally unprofessional I only book them for the girl who comes to my house called Vanessa or else I wouldn’t have booked them

usually i dont leave reviews but this time I decided to do it because I have used this company for more than a year for the cleaning services I was not completely satisfied but I paid and I didn't complain, but the last visit was disaster, I'll post some pictures( take it exacly after they finish) so you can understand what I'm talking about, and what's more, MY VACUUM CLEANER WHICH I HAD JUST 3 months ago WAS DESTROYED.and they take it back to fix it but actually they ask me for the recipt and they go to the store from where i buy it as was in waranty witdout even ask me if they can do that . then they call me to tell me they will bring me a vacum until mine it s fix whici they never did. SO I PAY I CLEAN AFTER THEM AND ALSO I STAY WITHOUT MY VACCUM .IN TOP OF THIS I REQUEST FOR THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY TO CALL ME. TO EXPLAIN HIM PERSONALLY HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IT S WHAT HAPPEND BUT UNTIL NOW I STILL WAIT HIS PHONE CALL.

They followed all my instructions properly and cleaned my house exactly how I wanted. Very corporative and understanding cleaners. Highly recommended.

Requested a maid to help me clean an apartment I was moving out of. She was courteous, very efficient and fast. I liked the service and will use the company again. My only issue is the lady showed up 40 minutes late and they didn't bother to notify me. I ended up missing a very important appointment as I had to wait for her to arrive so I could open the door and explain what was required.
