I chose Hennessey to fix some loose pool tiles in our pool. They did a great job! It’s not visible where the new tiles have been placed because the tiles they bought match the existing ones perfectly. You could never tell there had ever been a problem because their work was seamless. I also appreciated how responsive they were - over the phone or on WhatsApp, I never waited long for a response. Their quote was competitive, the job was well done and I would use them again.

I did a renovation for my house and it took one whole year and the men that work ruin our furniture, smashed our tv and, painted the wall incorrectly. Please hire professionals and not recommending to anyone

Not all heroes wear a cape….they wear HENNESSEY uniform instead!! I will be forever thankful to the whole HENNESSEY LLC Team who promptly came to the rescue after a disastrous fire happened in my garage, only its walls remained and my villa smelled and looked like Pompei due to the smoke coming through. Within 8hours from what could have been a tragedy, the whole garage was cleared from the burnt debris and the HENNESSEY LLC Team had immediately started to work on the restoration of the area. Unbelievably we moved back into our property within two weeks after the incident. The HENNESSEY LLC Team worked restlessly until the whole villa was thoroughly fixed, painted and mainly safety checked. The whole Team was incredibly hands on! Thank you so much for literally saving us and our property! Keep up the wonderful job. Thank you also to their pool maintenance Team, my swimming pool never looked so crispy clean and clear before. My rating is for the pool maintenance service. The service is extremely inconsistent and depends on the supervisor in charge of the area. As long as we had Papu, the pool looked squeaky clean, the chemical balance in check, everything done amazing and we had peace of mind. The moment he was transferred to another area and another guy started supervising - it became a nightmare and we had to waste our time on making sure the pool looks decent. Examples of problems: log book missing, chemicals added randomly, water murky, pool area not rinsed, water not properly topped up. I complained about Harun endlessly to Brian and after repetitive "rest assured we will fix this" or giving me random excuse, there would be another issue 2 weeks later. I am just glad our contract has finished. My husband got the quality check call afterwards and the company representative was very surprised to hear about our experience, since I guess things were never properly escalated. I seriously advise you to reassess your existing employees and focus on retaining the truly good ones who care about doing their job.

A company of this stature is over dependent on their unqualified supervisor which is hampering quality of service. Kindly hire professionals who can comply against the requirements of the customers especially villa owners.

Incredibly professional and knowledgeable, Mr Rathenam and his Team have saved me from a suddenly broken AC and upcoming visitors staying in my house.
