Renovating with Yalla was an enjoyable experience and a renovation journey I am glad I took. My small one bed apartment looks exactly how I envisaged and I feel very proud that Sathish and his team took on the project. UNEC is a good construction company, but when I visited their office in Arjan, there were no visitor parking . security asked me to park in the RTA parking area instead.

UNEC company is good but outside security behavior is very bad he don’t know who to talk to the person very bad and uneducated person behavior…… disappointed 😞

This has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Except for Mr. Vinod, none of the staff seem to be professional or considerate. They do not value others’ time at all. I visited their office multiple times over the past two months just to collect a cheque, but each time I was asked to come back again. There were always many others at the reception facing the same issue. Very disappointing experience.

The HR department at General Construction Company has been professional and responsive. Their communication is clear, and they handle inquiries efficiently — a strong team doing a great job! On the other hand, the Accounts department could improve their responsiveness. Tried calling a few times, but no one picked up — would be great if someone could actually answer the phone next time.
