Team Seltics from Octopus came to do the service of the AC as drain was heavily dripping water and they cleaned and fixed everything at first attempt right at first visit. Perfect JOB WELL DONE… NO first you have to pay inspection fee and NO stupid big drama to make the bill heavy. I’m living in Dubai for 20 years and this was my very first time for someone to arrive and do the job at first call without asking for inspection fee. Im stressing on this specially as Prior calling Octopus, I had called another highly rated company with best Google review rating but they came twice for inspection and then sent a team just to arrive to tell me they can not guarantee they can fix it so I kicked them out furiously and got my money refunded. The bill from other company was 4 times the fee I paid Octopus.

Two technicians from We Fix That came to install recessed (flush) lighting in our ceiling, and the experience was outstanding. They installed three recessed lights along with one hanging chandelier, and everything was done perfectly. Mediocre service recently experienced in Downtown 1- Staff doesn’t speak English i.e. communication is impossible with workers 2- New staff coming every day without any handover or coordination 3- No follow-up with the customer. The workers expect to leave whenever they believe the work is completed 4- The supervisor does come only once for quotation purpose. No checks onsite are performed to evaluate if the work is done properly 5- Agreed timing is not always respected (+1 hour of delay without any notification) 6- Overpriced service for the service provided As of today, the humidity (due to leakage) does still remain. I would need to find another company to fix the issue.

I’ve tried many different maintenance companies in the 14 years I’ve lived in Dubai and Repair Plus is by far the best one. There’s really no comparison. Other companies have always made me wait around for them, communicated poorly, made promises they didn’t keep, and ended up charging me much more. Repair Plus, on the other hand, is always punctual, professional, tidy, and highly skilled. I recently hired them to repair a table for me that had been badly damaged by nail polish remover. I thought it was beyond saving, but they offered me the best quote so I went with them. They managed to restore it in less than 24 hours and even added a waterproof coating to prevent future damage. Their craftsmanship honestly amazed me. The table looks even better now than when I first got it. You can see the difference in the first two «before» photos and the last two «after» ones. It looks so nice in my apartment now and even feels expensive.

Had my AC serviced by Repair Plus, and I’m really impressed! The team arrived on time, cleaned the coils thoroughly, and even gave me tips on maintaining the unit. My AC cools way better now. If you need a home maintenance company in Dubai, these guys are reliable and professional. Will definitely use them again!

I inquired with Repair+ for a quotation for painting of ceiling and walls in the kitchen after a water leak had appeared. From my request and all follow-on communication with Miko- who handled it all professionally, helpful and politely – to the execution of the cracks fixing, sanding and final paint work, everything was done perfectly well by the team on the ground. They were friendly, worked quietly until they finished and left the kitchen in clean condition. I can highly recommend Repair+ as a reliable contractor.

Rajav and Pardeep came to my place in Business Bay (Cour Jardin) for AC service, and I’m so happy with their work! They did a deep cleaning of the AC, and also worked on the actuator motor and valve. Everything was done very professionally. They were super clean, respectful, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. I really appreciate their effort and highly recommend their service!

The only company that accepted to do the work, and did it properly. Had a leak in the toilet. I contacted a top rated repair company with a nearly perfect review score (without mentioning its name), and they refused to take the task, stating that built-in toilets are hard to fix. They even suggested to seal the toilet seat without trying to fix the leak, which is simply wrong. Then I called another company called «plumber dubai» who also apologized, but were helpful and recommended that I contact Repair Plus. And repair plus indeed fixed it. Those guys can handle complex work that others avoid.

After 1 year of membership, all I can say is that I do not trust them. They do not honor their contract and commitment. They try to charge you even if it is in your package. I do not recommend them. Know your rights.

We use Repair Plus for our maintenance and have always been very pleased with them having renewed out annual policy. Very recently we also called them in for bathroom renovations and are incredibly pleased with the results. Very respectful around the house, quick, and high finishing standards. The supervisor frequently visited to check progress which gave us confidence. Prices were reasonable, especially given the level of work done. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We hired Rayfitout as an architectural designer and consultant, and at first we made a mistake by bringing in a third party interior designer who literally just slowed things down. They couldn’t handle the complexity of the villa and kept delaying approvals. In the end we got the full redesign done through Rayfitout instead, and it came out a thousand times better than what we had before. Their designers actually understood the layout, the materials, and how everything connects technically. The approvals also came very fast which honestly shocked me We also ended up giving them all the bespoke joinery and fit out work for the house, which is currently in progress, and so far everything has been smooth with no complaints. If someone needs an architecture design team or interior design company in Dubai that can handle the full scope, Rayfitout is probably the best choice.

I customized mine to be finished in saddle leather with an orange stitch and it has become an architectural piece in our house.
