Good concept however for some reason my account is on wind down. This means I can’t invest anymore in other projects. I tried to contact them several times in different ways (email, call, whatsapp) but no one is replying me….. very frustrating. Even though the concept is very promising and nice without any kind of contact I’ll just have to wait for the projects to finish and invest my money somewhere else, since I’m unable to get my account out of the wind down status without support from Beehive….

Very disappointing experience with Beehive. I have been waiting for a call back for 10 days despite repeatedly following up via WhatsApp. Each time I was told it would be handled urgently, yet no one followed through. What is more concerning is that communication completely stopped after several reassurances. For a financial platform, responsiveness and professionalism are critical. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.

Update: Beehive is now making investment decisions without my consent citing that an e mail was sent changing the auto bid terms. I would seek legal guidance on how the platform can make make investment decisions and change my preferences without my consent. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM, the returns are low with high default and it seems that can do whatever they want with your money without consent The customer service isn't very helpful when it comes to finding out about your returns/delayed payments. Overall, not a good investment option, I have invested a significant amount and diversified heavily but will most likely end up with negative returns. I think the company is moving away from P2P

I had a disappointing experience with Beehive Fintech. I registered through their website and provided all the requested information. I was informed that my account was under review and that someone would follow up—but weeks went by without any contact. After reaching out by email, I was asked to submit additional KYC documents, which I provided promptly. They then scheduled a Zoom call to verify my identity using my passport and Emirates ID. I joined the call as instructed, but no one from their side attended. I followed up by email to reschedule the call and sent multiple reminders, all of which were ignored. Given this lack of responsiveness and poor communication, I’ve decided not to proceed with their platform. This kind of experience does not inspire confidence in their operations.

The Platform is excellent and pretty straightforward. However, interaction with the investor relations team deems investing with Beehive useless. They are non-responsive to emails, they arrange online calls but not attend. A true troublesome investor experience which gives a glimpse of their expected attitude when issues arises.
