I recently had a requirement for a live in house maid….i reached out to Ezee on whatsapp and I was contacted by Ahmad Merstane who works there…Ahmad was very courteous and emphatetic in recognizing our requirement and maintained an extremely helpful and available approach throughout the process. I finally signed the monthly contract with them but had to exit from it the next day as the worker was not in line with our expectation. Even at this juncture Ahmad continued offering alternatives and apologized for not being able to provide a maid who met our expectations. He was proactive in getting the entire amount refunded right away. Although we could not continue dealing with Ezee I still found Ahmads service levels to be of the highest standards. The refund process was very disappointing. My refund was delayed by more than 14 days due to a system error , and I had to follow up multiple times to get any update till today I did not received . I hope the office improves its internal processes to avoid such delays in the future.

I first engaged their services in December 2025, when we hired a maid, for a period of three months. Based on our experience, I recently renewed the contract for another three months, and overall, the process has been smooth and satisfactory. A special mention goes to Nahar, who has been incredibly helpful throughout. She played a key role in helping us select the right maid for our needs and has been consistently supportive ever since. Nahar has always been responsive to our questions, quick in her replies, and very accommodating whenever we needed assistance. During the recent renewal process, we did face a few issues. However, when we visited the office, Nahar took full ownership of the situation, ensured everything was resolved efficiently, and helped us complete the renewal without further hassle. Her professionalism and willingness to help really stood out.
