She goes through the available ladies and she vets them properly so that I do not even need to interview them. She is irreplaceable and the most valuable person there. She helped me a few times. My last maid left to go back to her country and again I just contact Dona and she is always ready to help. I can even take my very busy children with and someone in the office plays with them. I visited HOUSEKEEPING CO. on 22/06/2026 at around 6:00 PM to complete my nanny’s labor contract process. After finishing the labor contract, I still needed to complete my Emirates ID application. The staff member handling that section informed me that the system was down and that the process could not continue. What prompted me to write this review was the outstanding service provided by Supervisor Khalid Jaber. Although it was not his responsibility and he could have simply left the matter there, Khalid went above and beyond to help. He took the initiative to access an alternative system and managed to complete the process in no time. His attitude throughout the entire visit, which lasted about an hour, was exceptional. He remained calm, positive, professional, and even cracked a few jokes along the way, making the waiting time pass much faster and keeping the experience stress-free. Khalid truly demonstrated that where there is a will, there is a way. Employees like him are rare to find these days, especially in service centers. He is an absolute gem and a great asset to HOUSEKEEPING CO. Thank you, Khalid, for your excellent customer service and willingness to help.

My experience with Housekeeping has been extremely disappointing. The hiring process is very rigid, with limited flexibility and a small pool of candidates. I was specifically looking for a nanny to care for my child, but most of the profiles presented were general house helpers and did not meet my requirements. The helper I initially hired through the agency eventually disappeared after 3 months, and instead of being supportive or helping resolve the situation, the agency was extremely unhelpful. The replacement profiles shared were not suitable, yet I was only given the option to either accept them or put my contract on hold, when requested cancellation, i was asked for a 30 days notice. The biggest issue throughout was the poor customer service. Communication was slow, concerns were not properly addressed, and there was very little effort to understand or support my situation as a working mother needing reliable childcare. After month of frustration, I decided to cancel my contract due to the overall experience. Even after the cancellation, I am charged for an additional month, and the refund process has been unnecessarily slow, requiring 20 days or more to refund – a mistake they should have rectified the moment i raised it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable workers and customer service.

I recently used Tadbeer for registering a worker’s contract and visa. The onboarding process was smooth, professional, and well-managed. Ms. Marwa was especially helpful during this phase. However, the experience during visa cancellation has been quite disappointing. Despite clear instructions to cancel the Direct Debit, I was informed that the next month’s amount would still be deducted but would be refunded immediately—which I agreed to. It has now been over two months since cancellation, and the refund is still pending. Multiple follow-ups with customer service, contracts, and the equity team have not resulted in any clear update or timeline. I have consistently been told that the request is pending management approval for over a month. While the onboarding experience was strong, there is a noticeable gap in after-sales support, communication, and accountability. I sincerely hope the refund is processed soon.

I recently had a requirement for a live in house maid….i reached out to Ezee on whatsapp and I was contacted by Ahmad Merstane who works there…Ahmad was very courteous and emphatetic in recognizing our requirement and maintained an extremely helpful and available approach throughout the process. I finally signed the monthly contract with them but had to exit from it the next day as the worker was not in line with our expectation. Even at this juncture Ahmad continued offering alternatives and apologized for not being able to provide a maid who met our expectations. He was proactive in getting the entire amount refunded right away. Although we could not continue dealing with Ezee I still found Ahmads service levels to be of the highest standards. The refund process was very disappointing. My refund was delayed by more than 14 days due to a system error , and I had to follow up multiple times to get any update till today I did not received . I hope the office improves its internal processes to avoid such delays in the future.

Been using the services since years and very happy about it. Last year and a half we have Juvy Galang as our cleaner and does the job perfect!

We used Elite Maids for both home and office for 6 months. The cleaning job was average. The conduct of the cleaners and the management is a disaster. First, our payment to the day of cleaning at home went missing. After we claimed we paid and we have a cctv footage that the cleaner received the payment, the customer service stopped asking and realized the cleaner has taken the money and didnt give it to the company. Later the cleaner said they deducted from her salary. No apologies. We stopped her from coming for home cleaning and continued for office cleaning. 3 Weeks later a power bank goes missing from my table. Checking the cameras, she took it. Upon following up, the management passed on the cleaner number and didnt bother taking responsibility of seeing what has happened. The cleaner invested the story that i thought it was trash and later I took it out of trash and didn’t have time to return it. 4 Days was passed and she never informed us or her office that she has taken an item out of my office without permission. When we asked the office to return it, a driver dropped it to the security at the office building. Again, no apology. Do not use this company as the cleaners are not trust worthy around your valuables and the company doesn’t have the decency to acknowledge, take responsibility or apologize.
