I visited HOUSEKEEPING CO. on 22/06/2026 at around 6:00 PM to complete my nanny’s labor contract process. After finishing the labor contract, I still needed to complete my Emirates ID application. The staff member handling that section informed me that the system was down and that the process could not continue. What prompted me to write this review was the outstanding service provided by Supervisor Khalid Jaber. Although it was not his responsibility and he could have simply left the matter there, Khalid went above and beyond to help. He took the initiative to access an alternative system and managed to complete the process in no time. His attitude throughout the entire visit, which lasted about an hour, was exceptional. He remained calm, positive, professional, and even cracked a few jokes along the way, making the waiting time pass much faster and keeping the experience stress-free. Khalid truly demonstrated that where there is a will, there is a way. Employees like him are rare to find these days, especially in service centers. He is an absolute gem and a great asset to HOUSEKEEPING CO. Thank you, Khalid, for your excellent customer service and willingness to help.

My experience with Housekeeping has been extremely disappointing. The hiring process is very rigid, with limited flexibility and a small pool of candidates. I was specifically looking for a nanny to care for my child, but most of the profiles presented were general house helpers and did not meet my requirements. The helper I initially hired through the agency eventually disappeared after 3 months, and instead of being supportive or helping resolve the situation, the agency was extremely unhelpful. The replacement profiles shared were not suitable, yet I was only given the option to either accept them or put my contract on hold, when requested cancellation, i was asked for a 30 days notice. The biggest issue throughout was the poor customer service. Communication was slow, concerns were not properly addressed, and there was very little effort to understand or support my situation as a working mother needing reliable childcare. After month of frustration, I decided to cancel my contract due to the overall experience. Even after the cancellation, I am charged for an additional month, and the refund process has been unnecessarily slow, requiring 20 days or more to refund - a mistake they should have rectified the moment i raised it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable workers and customer service.

I recently used Tadbeer for registering a worker’s contract and visa. The onboarding process was smooth, professional, and well-managed. Ms. Marwa was especially helpful during this phase. However, the experience during visa cancellation has been quite disappointing. Despite clear instructions to cancel the Direct Debit, I was informed that the next month’s amount would still be deducted but would be refunded immediately—which I agreed to. It has now been over two months since cancellation, and the refund is still pending. Multiple follow-ups with customer service, contracts, and the equity team have not resulted in any clear update or timeline. I have consistently been told that the request is pending management approval for over a month. While the onboarding experience was strong, there is a noticeable gap in after-sales support, communication, and accountability. I sincerely hope the refund is processed soon.
