maids.cc + nannies + visa services

The staff are very helpful and cheerful. My transaction was done by Omar Essa, and what a knowledgable and exceptional agent he was. I have tried other service agents elsewhere and it has never gone this smooth. Really impressive agent.

Sally was extremely helpful throughout the process of finding the right maid for our family. She was very understanding of our specific needs and always responsive, patient, and professional in her communication. What we appreciated most was how involved and supportive she was during the interview process. She asked thoughtful and relevant questions that helped us better understand the maid’s experience, personality, and skill set, making it much easier for us to evaluate the right fit for our home and children. Sally genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure to recommend candidates that matched our expectations. Her guidance, honesty, and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the process. We truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her services to any family looking for a trustworthy and professional experience.

Excellent services, friendly faces and the speed is unmatched. This was the fastest and most streamlined government service I have ever experienced. Special thanks to Amna Albalooshi and the 3 ladies at the front desk who assisted me with the necessary steps I needed to take to process my paperwork. Extremely professional people.

As a mom who doesn’t have a full time helper. Today we needed a nanny to take care of of 2.5 year old. Jesa came through the door warm and welcoming, she had my child laughing all day! She was incredible taking initiative, without asking she reorganized my kitchen for me. She was truly a gem to have in our home and I’ll definitely book her in the future. Thank you Jesa!

I recently went through an extremely stressful situation regarding the urgent renewal of my maid’s residency. Unfortunately, the matter was not handled properly from the outset, and I found myself spending considerable time following up and trying to get clear answers while facing a very tight deadline. What completely changed my experience was being connected to Bruna. From the moment she took ownership of the case, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to understand the situation, kept me informed throughout the process, and worked tirelessly to ensure that the issue was resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. In a situation that could have easily become much more complicated, Bruna remained positive, solution-oriented, and reassuring at every step. Her dedication to customer service and commitment to finding a resolution were truly outstanding. While my overall experience highlighted areas that need improvement, I feel fortunate to have reached someone as capable and committed as Bruna. Maids.cc is incredibly lucky to have a team member of her caliber. She is a true asset to the company, and her efforts deserve recognition and appreciation. Thank you, Bruna, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one through your professionalism, kindness, and determination to help.

I used Maids.cc for the first time with their part-time package (4 hours per visit, 4 visits). Booking was very easy through WhatsApp, and they quickly arranged nanny for the next day. The pricing was clear and their responses were always prompt. Nadia was excellent. She handled laundry, meal prep, and bathroom cleaning with minimal instruction and completed everything professionally. She was efficient and left the kitchen clean after meal prep.
