I visited your branch today around 5:10 PM because we are starting a new shop and needed to purchase more lights. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lady staff at the front office behaved rudely and was not helpful. She mentioned that she was new staff and didn’t know much, and asked me to contact another staff member, but she did not properly guide or respond. Being new is understandable, but customer service and attitude should still be professional and respectful. First impressions are very important, and sadly my experience today was not good.

I would not even like to give 1 star. We are an interior company and tried contacting their sales representative for an urgent project, but there was no professionalism at all. No response, no quotation, and calls were mostly ignored. Whenever he answered, he would simply say he was busy with other clients. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. Highly not recommended.

There was a discount going on but prices are on the higher side. Staff is a bit slow but helpful and courteous. Would be the place to check out for home furnishings and ornamental items. Visited today and Mr. Darlington and his team showed good customer service especially for the LED side of the shop. They also have a range of furnitures for the Desroch side. Pros: wide range of LED lights and solutions, spacious and clean interior. Cons: Lack of clear entrance signage is needed and improvement of restroom.

Big fake lighting company, they dont respect warranty, they claim 5 yrs warranty, and their low quality Chinese lighting never lasted a year, and whn you contact them to get your lights replaced underwarranty, they will ignore you, or ask for a video to prove the installation technique, or simply will ask you to ship the lightings to them overseas which is more costly than the light itself, avoid these scammers. Think twice before contacting them, worst in the business

I visited Global Light Power Shop to purchase some items, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The billing process took an extremely long time and the system seems very complicated and slow. I had to wait for a long time just to get an invoice prepared. Meanwhile, my car was parked outside on a busy road because parking was not available, which made the situation very stressful. Customer service and billing speed seriously need improvement. Time is valuable for customers, especially in a busy area.

I had to make calls and send several WhatsApp messages just to confirm whether my payment was received, and none of them were answered promptly. It really felt like they didn’t want my business. It was really worst experience dealing with them. We have purchased track light with the warranty of one year after purchase of 10 days it’s was not working attached images for reference as well. Then I visited their shop at al quoz they took deposit of 150 aed & gave me new light stating that once you bring old light which is not working will refund your deposit amount. I visited their shop to give them light which was not working & to take my deposit amount back. They gave me credit note of 150 aed & I have credit note which they provided after that they denied paying me the amount. I will say it’s scam & unethical way to deal with consumer. They were so rude when we visited. This will be reported to consumer court it’s not about 150 aed but how come you can cheat your consumer. This matter will be reported we have all the acknowledgment & proof for it.

Horrible customer service ! They sent my chandelier without chain now I’m chasing them to order one they. Refused to give me an order number I keep chasing Karim and he wouldn’t provide any proof that he requested the chain (they fixed a silver chain covered with cheap flat velvet fabric ) I keep chasing them They placed the chandelier dirty they didn’t even clean it Photo is the chain they sent with chandelier that cost over 5 k Although in sore he told me comes with 1 meter and half and Karim told me don’t worry I’ll get you 2 meter but he refused to give me a paper that he will provide that

Amazing lights but such a little expensive

Mia was a great salesperson. She is honest and helpful in her best capacity. When she left for her vacation her colleague Suhaib got in charge of the installation of the lights. A person with no honesty, and blank lies. His team says one thing and he says another and defends it, very dissapointed. Huda lighting has great variety, be sure to deal with people of integrity so you ensure a smooth experience. We had a rough one unfortunately.

Quality of products are good. Initial sales advice etc is fine. After sale confirmation, though, the quality of service for those who are not deemed to be VIP or ‘big spenders’ is very poor.

Huda lighting’s team is fantastic. Our salesman, Tarek, was extremely helpful. He advised on every detail regarding the products, the required components and their installation. The products arrived in time and in good condition. Any questions/concerns were immediately addressed. We had even purchased a lamp from an ALTERNATE vendor that broke during transport. Tarek ordered and replaced the broken part for free. These days, who does something this selfless?
