I recently worked with Brian Kennedy, who provided outstanding guidance and support regarding notary of passports. Overall, my experience was excellent. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. When I initially did the POA with this company, the service was good, which is why I trusted them again. But unfortunately, this time it was a complete disappointment. I approached them to cancel my POA, and they offered me a service that, as the notary later confirmed, was completely unnecessary. They never told me that—even though they knew it wasn’t required—just to charge me for something irrelevant to the legal process. The notary even told me to contact them because, in his view, what they did was a bad practice. When you go to the notary to cancel a POA, you still need to make the standard payments, and they don’t even look at the extra paper that this company prepares—it’s completely useless. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. It’s frustrating to lose money this way, and even worse that the company didn’t respond or acknowledge their actions. To anyone reading this: if you need to cancel a Power of Attorney, go directly to the notary. You do not need to pay companies for this.

Feba was super responsive to calls and emails. She has great awareness of the process and the transaction was very quick and smooth. Omitting a single star though as the scheduling part can be better. It was rescheduled twice and on the final agreed schedule, they were still late so our CEO had to adjust twice.
