Emirates Pro Corporate Services L L C Dubai , UAE

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any corporate services company. From day one, they overpromised and completely underdelivered. I was told the process would be straightforward, then suddenly everything became "waiting for approval," "procedure," and excuses that were never mentioned upfront. Communication is a disaster. Messages go unanswered for hours and days, and when you finally get a reply, it’s vague, dismissive, or contradicts what was previously said. You deal with one person, then you’re passed to another, and another—no accountability, no ownership, just constant finger-pointing. Documents were mishandled, explanations kept changing, and I had to chase them repeatedly just to get basic answers about work that I already paid for. Instead of professionalism, I was met with attitude, defensiveness, and zero urgency—as if my time didn’t matter at all. If you’re looking for transparency, reliability, or basic customer service, avoid this company at all costs. This was a complete waste of time, money, and energy.

Very good and fast service. I came to cancel my visa and they completed everything immediately. Friendly and helpful staff.
