First, I waited for more than one hour knowing that it was not full (morning time ) , Second , noticed that some people will just come and sit , finalise and go without a ticket and even those came after me with the same ticket code passed Third , I am not obliged to pay 2% extra because I use the card as a payment method , I pay for the service only anything extra is a contract between the center and the bank It was better before , please

Worst service experience. I had to wait over 2 hours just to get my visa renewal typed. Despite having a token, individual customers are completely ignored while all attention is given to PROs. It seems they prioritize bulk clients over walk-ins, regardless of who came first. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful to people’s time.

I would really like to thank and appreciate the efforts of Ms. Haleema 🙏 She was really a big help for me as I had an urgent transaction to make, and the system was not working properly, but Ms. Haleema from counter 02 made this transaction possible, not only me she has been assisting other clients the same way (as I have experience before most of the people at counter doesn't even try and gives a statement) but I have seen her efforts for applying and trying again and again to process my transaction I would really recommend Ms. Haleema, for any transaction that is required urgently, she will definitely help you out

Long waiting due to staff entertaining their own work. I am looking from half hour to call my token only Refrence people come directly to counter and do their work on priority . No value for token customers. I request to management plz look on the matter and do work token wise so everyone do the work as per ticket. Thanks

Worst Amer Centre . Stayed almost 2 hours for To be attended . Then the lady simply asks me if I can come tomorrow . No token is being called despite them giving token . Agents casually pass into each counter and shunt their docs. Surprising to see such an unorganized Amer Centre in Dubai. They prioritize agents who bring in bunch of visa processing for money .

Jamshid and the Lady at counter 19 (DED) counter are exceptional. Their patience and knowledge about government services and the willingness to listen is unmatched

I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with the Amer center, Al Quasais branch, for their exceptional service during my visit this week for the Visa of me and my kids Zainab and Mustafa. Especially today the swift processing time, particularly in obtaining my daughter Zainab’s VISA status change and exit entry permit within 45 minutes, exceeded my expectations, today Ms Zainab Alsadani counter 9 assistance was instrumental in navigating through the process seamlessly. Also Ms Maha, Ms Khadija Almaazmi, Ms Rasha, Mr Jamshed and the Cashier all were very kind,supportive and instrumental throughout the process. Their dedication and helpfulness left a lasting positive impression, and I am genuinely grateful for the outstanding service provided. Thank you to the entire team for making this experience so pleasant and efficient!
