Kudos 5 STAR for Ms. Zahra Alhalyan 🌟 She is a truly wonderful, amazing, and very accommodating woman. She made me feel comfortable, respected, and heard. She is very women-friendly, and she represents exactly how women empowerment should be celebrated. The last time I went to Tasheel, I was already crying because I politely asked someone at the front desk for help, but instead I was shouted at. During that difficult moment, Ms. Zahra noticed me immediately. She approached me with kindness, calmly explained the process, assisted me patiently, and spoke to me with so much compassion and professionalism. Her kindness and gentle approach turned my stressful experience into something positive and comforting. She treated me with dignity and empathy, and I will never forget that. We truly need more people like Ms. Zahra because she represents goodness, respect, and genuine care for others. Ms. Zahra is a beautiful example of grace, hospitality, and compassion. She made me feel that kindness still exists, and she reflects the true spirit of UAE values and generosity. We filed a complaint against our old landlord and received a very generic rejection. He wanted to charge over the RERA index and evicted us for this reason of Personal Use. By law, he should not be able to rent out the place to anyone else and we know for a fact that there is a new tenant in the apartment. Dubai is a place of justice and law, but I did not see that in the way Tasheel dealt with this case and still do not understand why it was rejected. Extremely disappointed. We have lost so much money in having to move to a new apartment and did not even receive what is rightful to us by RERA law.

I contacted your office regarding a salary payment made for the wrong month, and I received an email instructing me to visit the branch. However, when I went there, the reception service was very poor. I was repeatedly told to leave without being given any guidance on what I needed to do or whom I should contact. This happened on three separate occasions.

I had an excellent experience with Amal Abdullah Al Azab, Customer Happiness Consultant at Barsha Mall Tasheel Business Center. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. Amal assisted me with setting up Ejari, DEWA, and other related services, and she made everything feel effortless. She answered all my questions instantly and explained each step clearly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly reflect the meaning of customer happiness. I highly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her services to anyone visiting the center.

Very disappointing experience. I usually visit other service centers and have always found the staff willing to help and guide customers through the process. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. Despite having all required documents prepared for a simple Ejari renewal, the process was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. The interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, and I was not provided with clear guidance or a solution. Overall, the service attitude was not what I am used to in other centers. I hope customer service standards improve in the future. I would not choose to visit this center again.
