Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. One of the employees made promises to follow up and resolve the issue, but no action was taken. Communication was also poor, as I was left waiting for a response without receiving any updates or explanations. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and accountability.

I would like to thank Ms. Sakineh Issa and commend her for her excellent customer service. Probably one of the most helpful and professional representatives of Tasheel that I have engaged with in Dubai Government Services. I went with an issue regarding my visa and she took the time to explain every step in detail on how to resolve it and was very patient throughout the process.

I was at this location yesterday to open a personal file in my name. Ms. Mariam at Counter# 2 facilitated the work. She was polite and pleasant to deal with. She also advised what needs to be done in order to create my personal file. Thank you Ms. Mariam! I visited today again for a follow up, since Mariam was busy she asked her colleague Ms. Sabia at Counter# 01 to assist which she did! Thanks to Sabia too!

Today, I visited Al Qusais, Dubai Tashil Al Zaki, and I was truly impressed by the excellent staff, especially Madam Fatima. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous.
